Thats a pretty good question (Though I'm not a DantexTrish fan by any means...)
I can imagine the two if the two had a kid that it would be a daughter for some reason...

I was think it would be a daughter too, but I have no idea why. I imagine her as looking like Eva, Dante and Vergil's mother.

I can imagine her having long white (or at least really strong platinum blonde) hair. Since they both have blue eyes it would be kinda silly to think the kid's eyes would be different...
