If one could put a sound effect to the face the blonde tomboy made at the mention of chocolate sauce, it would be "BLECH!" Obviously Ellie had a very different opinion on the subject matter. In fact, it was the complete opposite. Ellie Spectre, self-proclaimed hater of sweets and lover of spicy.
The expression lingered for a bit, but eventually it dulled down as she noted the strange reaction. She totally recalled being at the other group's Bunsen burner, and not seeing any sort of reaction like this.
"...what 'oops' are ya talkin' 'bout, Martin?" Her tone sounded suspicious, but somehow, it didn't even sound concerned. However, it was rather obvious there was at least a vague sense of concern, as the blonde began to lean back away from the work area, just in case.

The redhead reached over to grab the beaker of liquid she had poured in a few moments ago. Contemplatively reading the faded label, Sydney mused, “Let’s just say that the Science Department needs to label its chemicals more clearly, yeah?” Hardly fazed by the dilemma the pair were now in (and because it was her fault, to boot) she casually placed the bottle back to its original position and took a step back, adjusting her protective glasses.
“If anything, I do hope that some sort of interesting explosion comes out of this mistake,” she wished, slowly sinking to the floor to protect herself form potential danger.
“Martin! Spectre! What did you two do?!” barked the teacher, seething. “Forget it, everyone. Please exit the classroom in a calm and orderly manner.”
The brew continued to ominously boil. “Oh, looks just about ready to explode.”
And it did.
