heres my entry Its about 2 orphaned kids who are homeless. They are ghosts who can't pass on to the other life because they had unfinished business. That "unfinished business", was to find their biological parents.The main character is Pizzy named after a pizza box. The other characters is Melon after the fruit they saw in a market and a rat named Pip who has the power of superstrength.

Just a question thou, do it have to be a cartoon for kids? or can it be one for preteens or adults too, like some violence and serious storyline?

can i see what u got ? anime style is ok but characters have to be simply drawn , what i meant is that you can't make cartoon with storyline like naruto

My cartoon is called SPLATZ
It's about two twins, Cam and Luce, and their pet dog, Splat. Their last name is Splatz and they live in small neighborhood with many people from school. Both Cam and Luce usually get teased by kids because of their last name. To do this, their neighbors throw paint balls at the twins which creates, "SPLATZ."[paint splatters] Overall, this cartoon focuses on the twins' problems and dilemas. Splat is always there to cheer up and comfort them both.
