As Chaos turns around, he sees the clothesline attempt and ducks it. He attempts a spinning wheel kick to Cartwright's face when Cartwright turns around.

Cart bounced off the ropes after missing the clothesline, and is then taken off his feet by Chaos' athletic wheel kick!
