my name is shEIla. but i always get it spelt: shela, shiela, or shelia (which sounds nothing like sheila.)
and they're also pronouncing it wrong too. it's she la but i get like shyla, shell la etc. etc.
I: it's quite frustrating.
and omg my last name its the worse x x; so used to hearing different people saying it differently that i've forgotten how its really pronounced.

People somehow manage to screw my name up all the time. Aliases or my real name, somehow they get butchered. I can't even get people to not call me by the typical abreviated name of my real name.

beaulolais people always say Joanne or Joan or even Johanna but they hardly ever say "Joanna"! is it so very hard, people? I have the 'exact' same problem! Perhaps that's because I have.. I have the 'exact' same name! I've had people call me those names too! It's dang annoying! stare

I also have the problem with my last name! It's Brazier (Bray-zher) but I've had teachers say 'Brassiere' like my last name means a woman's undergarment, when it doesn't! scream More like the 'Brazier Grill' type meaning, lol

Yeah. My name is Allie, and though people don't ever say my name wrong, it's almost always spelled wrong. Sometimes people are nice enough to ask how to spell it before just going off and spelling it how they please (Aly, Ali, Ally).
I guess Allie's a really uncommon spelling compared to, say, Ali. (That's how people usually misspell it)
