I can see where you are going, I will accept it with a slight change. The chakra to make it invisible is about C rank, thats fair. And I want you to tack onto its ability that it can only be detected in this state a by a chakra sensory technique or dojutsu.

Poet Slayer; A thin dagger, with the ability to mend wounds it cuts, or re open old wounds.
Character To Use It:
Niro Oni; To be made.
What Class Is S/he:
Medic
Weapon It Will Be Applied To:
Dagger
Why you Want It:
When a medic is on the job, moving from victim to victim they need to be able to heal faster, with the thinning amount of people practicing medical jutsu.
What would you do with it:
I would use to to mend wounds, and to defend myself against attackers.
Special Effect Desired:
With the flick of a wrist it has the ability to allow the user to use his chakra as thread, needling it with the tip of the dagger to thread it in the wound and stitch it together. Now mind you this sounds like a needle right now. But when used in offense, the tip of the blade cannot pierce but it can thinly make shallow cuts or if used on a scar or resent wound, it can re open it with ease.

Niro pulled Poet Slayer from his pocket, spinning it around by the small chain as he ran towards the battle, stopping for seconds at a time to drag his dagger through his allies wounds, stitching them up. Then out of seemingly no where an ax came down, nearly taking Niro's head off. "What the bloody h-" He started as the ax swung again. A man, bronzed, bare chested, and very.. VERY, large, with scars ranging all over his body. "I see.. to bad, your trophies will do you no good against me.." He looked up at the man, leaping as his arm turned to paper, dodging the ax. His hand floated where he had been, slicing at the mans large scar. The man scuffed, "You think that small daggers gonn-" He started as he looked down at his chest. HIs eyes opened in terror as the wound that the hand barely nicked tore open, blood leaking. Niro, seeing the blood pour out, judged he had survived a major wound, the first time.. not this time. He covered his mouth as he started to vomit, the blood was to much for him. The world faded to black as he fainted.

Basic Description: A set of ten ninjato easily called upon and wielded; usually, only seven are called upon at a time, and each black as night.
Character To Use It: Kirin Tatsuka
What Class Is S/he: Enchantment
Weapon It Will Be Applied To: Tatsuka Bane
Why you Want It: So I can finally get my final Bukijutsu style that I have been looking for.
What would you do with it: Master the style and defend my village more gracefully, yo!
Special Effect Desired: The only real affect to these are that they CANNOT be wielded by anyone who is not of Tatsuka blood, as they will disappear if they do not sense the Black Lightning. They will also disappear if the owner has not given permission for the to be wielded. Best part: They can be thrown and re-summoned back with a E-Ranked amount of chakra per blade, and with Raiton channeled into them, also gain a numbing effect. In addition, these blades are indestructible. Period.

Five men surrounded Kirin, one on each side as he stood there, tall and unphased by their size. "Come on little Kage! Take ya best shot!" One voice jeered "Yeah!" Another bellowed. Kirin was done with this, and with a spin, each blade was sent flying into the vital organ of each bandit, piercing them as blood spew forth onto the grass. And, with a single handseal, the blade's disappeared and turning towards the north, the Yukikage walked.

Basic Description: A flexible plastic disc that is hollow in the inside and filled with chemicals andd when used with Aisu Haretsu it becomes an explosive.
Character To Use It:Tenhana Yamauchi
What Class Is S/he: Medical
Weapon It Will Be Applied To: Dry Ice Caps
Why you Want It: So Tenhana can use her new custom jutsu Aisu Haretsu.
What would you do with it: Ummm so Tenhana can have a new skill in battle?
Special Effect Desired: This is a thin plastic disk which is used for a custom hyouton jutsu. This disk is made from two thin plastic sheets connected at the edges making it look like a saucer. Inside of the plastic there is a small amount of normal air, ¼ is filled with normal water, and a large amount of carbon dioxide. These Dry Ice caps come in three different sizes. Small which is about the size of a fist, medium which is the size of a hand stretched out, and large which is the size of a Frisbee. These can be used by a Hyouton user to create dry ice bombs. In the hands of people who can’t use Ice release this weapon is pointless and cannot cause any damage. The maximum the accessory bag can hold is sixteen small dry ice caps, eight medium ice caps, four large ice caps, or two extra large ice caps. The user may mix the sizes of ice caps they are carrying. Note- Genin can carry small ice caps but cannot carry large ice caps and can only carry two medium. Chuunin can carry small and medium and two large ice caps.
Small Ice Caps --- C-Rank Explosions = power of 4 exploding tags
Medium Ice Caps --- B-Rank Explosions = power of 8 exploding tags
Large Ice Caps --- A-Rank Explosions = power of 16 exploding tags
Extra large Ice Caps --- S-Rank Explosions = power of 32 exploding tags
Give Example of Rp with Effect: Tenhana lunged under one of the many branches as she began to pick up speed finally being able to make out the figure of her target. A few minutes ago her team sent out in search for the rouge ninja who had led a failed surprise attack on them. Being the only one which survived he took off and now Tenhana and her team were hunting him down. Each took off in separate directions hopping to cover more ground. It was clear to Hana that she not only needed to bring down the enemy but also alert the other members that she had gone into combat meaning she had found the enemy. Sadly the squad didn’t bring radios with them and she wouldn’t be able to verbally contact them.
Quickly Tenhana formed another plan and while keeping up with the enemy she rummaged through her ninja accessory bag. From the bag she pulled a medium sized dry ice cap and played with it in her hand waiting for the perfect time to use it. With her opposite hand she formed the needed hand signs to perform Aisu Haretsu and soon the disc in her hand began to harden and got completely covered in ice. Now that it had a different form she stopped chasing her enemy and tossed the dry ice cap at her opponent. The dry ice cap flew towards the enemy and slightly scratched his right side. It barley cut into the enemy but that wasn’t even its original purpose. Releasing her hand sign the ice melted and the second it did the dry ice cap expanded within the plastic and the chemicals caused an explosion. Not only did the explosion cause a critical hit to the opponent but it also let out a large sound loud enough to cause him hearing problems. She was sure her teammates would hear the sound and either head towards it or know that she had handled the last enemy.
(Also I was wondering how exactly am i supposed to catagorize this when I need to buy it from a shop with Ryo? XD )

Character To Use It: Tiye Hatake
What Class Is S/he: Bukijutsu
Weapon It Will Be Applied To: Sword
Why you Want It: To make this characters class more effective along with making the Hatake clan useful
What would you do with it: I will make it effective and make sure to use it in every fight and training session.
Special Effect Desired: This sword has been passed down from generation to generation to those worthy of wielding it. It allows the user of this weapon to have greater power when combining Bukijutsu moves along with Raiton chakra. Jutsus such as Shiroi Yaiba would add and extra cutting boost to the already boost it gives. Another example would be the jutsu Tanto Yaiba would add an extra length of blade.
Give Example of Rp with Effect: "Dad whats that?" Tiye said as he reached out for the sword that had been cased in glass. "Its a special sword in our clan.. one day youll be able to use it... for now use this training sword.." He was then handed a beaten up sword that he would train with for the next couple of weeks. He was taught some clan techniques such as Shiroi Yaiba. When Tiye used this skill the sword lite up with his grey chakra, he then slashed at a tree but only made it half way through. His dad saw the boys progress and handed him the Hatake sword. Tiye once again used Shiroi Yaiba but the power was different, well way stronger than it was before. He decided to try again at cutting a full grown tree, the sword lite up brighter than before and once he slashed the tree it had cut right threw .

Basic description: Channels Fuuton, Increases Sharpness Factor
Character to use it:Nima Kaguya
What class is she: Single Element Class
Weapon It will be applied to: Cutlass
Why you want It: To defend ones self from an opponent who can cleaning cut through her wooden staff. or Just to end a fight quickly.
What would you do with it: Again, I would use it in self defense.
Special effect desired: Well, the blade has a line like indent int eh blade that Fuuton chakra is forced into. When chakra is in this indent the Blade absorbs it and forces it out of the bladed edge, increasing its cutting power.
Example of RP with effect:
Nima made her way down the path back to Kusa, it seemed that Faust skipped out on her during their rest. "How dare he!" She yelled, angerly kicking a rock in front of her. The shadows seemed to be moving more then she liked, and as she looked up A man carrying a head looking battle axe appeared. "Well then, I don't suppose ya just want my mo-" She started as the man chopped down with the weapon. She quickly pulled out her staff, trying to defend herself. But the Axe was much to heavy and sharp to be defended by a simple wooden staff. "s**t..s**t.." She cussed, her hand slipping to her side. She unsheathed her cutlass as the man readied for another attack. Now, she could have just used a jutsu but the man didn't seem like he was gonna give her enough time. She darted at the man as he slammed his axe down, She spun her cutlass as Fuuton chakra was being infused, quickly grabbing the handle as she sliced through the iron axe. "Now, if you want to live. I suggest you get your scum arse out of here." She yelled, slamming the tip of her blade into the ground next to the in-half axe. -------fade out-----

Basic Description: Bettur control on one puppet. Cut enemy chakra strings.
Character To Use It: Baku Neirfair
What Class Is S/he: Puppet
Weapon It Will Be Applied To: A normal switchblade
Why you Want It: Better control when only using a single puppet. And to cut off enemy chakra strings from my own puppet.
What would you do with it: Defend myself, of course.
Special Effect Desired: Well, this blade would give Baku the ability to focus chakra down to the tip of the, letting him focus his chakra strings into the tip and spread it over his puppet easier. Like for instance his special puppet Capricorn, [Only from S rank Jutsu] can turn into a spike ball. Which Baku would normally just focus his chakra into one finger, the buff that focusing it onto the switchblade, is that it allows for pip point strikes instead of fluid strikes. The second effect would be to lace his chakra strings to the blade and cut into the enemies chakra strings, disrupting its flow and canceling it.
Give Example of Rp with Effect:
Baku summoned forth his puppet Capricorn from the scroll, attaching chakra to the puppet as he pulled it away from the enemies flames. He flicked his ring finger, causing Capricorn to charge the side of the fire, slamming its spiked tail into the enemy. He groaned as the spikes pierced him but weaved his fingers getting ready to fire another ball of fire. Baku shifted his left hand into his pocket drawing his switchblade, quickly adjusting the blade out. He shifted his chakra down the blade, focusing his chakra strings to the tip, morphing Capricorn quickly into his ball form. "Check mate!" He yelled as the switchblade was driven up wards, the puppet following its command and slamming into the enemies mouth causing him to blast the fire in his own face.

A Dual edged sword made almost purely of Chakra

Jace Uchiha
What Class Is He:
Summoning
Weapon It Will Be Applied To:
Jian Hilt
Why you Want It:
It would be easier to defend my village with a sword instead of knives.
What would you do with it:
Defend myself and my village
Special Effect Desired:
When grasping the hilt, Jace can pour in some chakra and mold it into the shape of a dual edged blade made purely of Chakra. Jace can also enlarge and lengthen the blade for a bit more Chakra. He can teach this ability to whoever he feels like and it cannot be done unless taught by Jace or another who has learned from him. For the normal length it's a B-rank chakra and to keep it going a D-rank Chakra every post to keep it out. To enlarge in it costs an additional D-rank to enlarge it and a C-rank every post to keep it going.
Give Example of Rp with Effect:
Jace was surrounded. He looked left and right to count eight enemies infront of and beside him. More behind him for sure. He drew the hilt of a jian blade. The blade was missing. The enemies began laughing until they saw a bright flash of yellow. Where the blade should be was pure Chakra concentrated into the shape of the missing blade. Jace moved with his legendary speed and took out four of the ninja with one swing. They lay on the ground bleeding to death. Jace turned his head to look at the others who were now fleeing. The Chakra sword dissipiated in a yellow mist, dissolving in the air. He was safe. For now.
