lvl 12 The Blade given to you by King in Dokustu Monogatari. Pwns at lvl 3 and you can go screw the Spur and Nemesis. Y'know, the lv. 2 Blade actually has better damage output against bosses than the lv. 3 Blade...lv. 3 is better for hordes, though.

I agree with the Master Sword and Hidden Blade. Off the top of my head, I can only think of one thing that hasn't been mentioned: the Jesus Gun from Resident Evil 5. Okay, okay, the Satellite Laser Device. There's nothing quite like a gun that causes an enormous laser beam to shoot out of the sky at whatever you aim it at.

Monster Hunters Ravager Blade, Seigfreids Glam (or Nightmares from SC2), and the Gust jar (yeah its weird but think if they upgraded it for a 3D Zelda)

Arceus (Pokemon [Arcues and other pokemon are not weapons or tools, but his judgement move is BEASTLY.])
Beam katana (No More Heroes)
