"In fact," A voice echoed from nowhere, answering Diadem's question. "He does." Rikujin removed his white cloak, which had blended into the background. He was actually wearing a black collared shirt with a black insulating layer. His black pants kept his legs safe from the cold, cutting wind.
Other than commenting on his words, Rikujin paid no attention to Diadem, or is eyes. Rikujin hadn't activated his sharingan yet, having deactivated it before he left his office. Rikujin addressed Rain, clearing his throat. "I believe you left me an invitation." He said from behind his old Oinin mask. Its flat surface's only feature was the two red stripes that ran down its front.
Rikujin didn't care about clones, nor which was the original. He simply addressed the Rain in the middle. "What is your goal here?" Rikujin prompted the Mist Jounin. Snow Village

Jounin of Mist  The two interested Rain as they both were kages. He didn't fret from the two being powerful. It would only make it worthwhile to fight them. He stared at the two with his purple rippled eyes that showed evilness and tensity. One clone drew it's katana. The other stood motionless but ready to react to any movement. Rain closed his eyes an sighed as he walked back a few steps to walk to the left. Keeping his eyes on the two, he began to talk. "This world... Is full of corrupted people... Ninjas are there to help maintain the corrupted from the pure... But they do not see through the darkness where the corrupted hides... They abuse power... Power manipulates people... As we speak... they plan... When we sleep... they attack... I have come to the Yukikage to assist me on this... It is time that we stop those from abusing power... We must gain a stronger power than those so that we may manipulate them to become pure once again... Will you join me... Yuki and Iwa kages...?" said Rain as he walked in circles around his clones and the Yuki and Iwa kages. He then stops between his two clones as he waited for the two's answers as he stared at the snow falling gently down on him from the gray sky.

Rikujin twitched as Diadem used the familiar word 'Cousin'. However, for the time being, he focused his attention on Rain. As he listened, the Rinnegan-Holder began to sound increasingly absurd. "Manipulate?" Rikujin stated in awe. His eyelids narrowed with his increased annoyance. "I refuse." He stated simply, but assertively.
"If there is any person here who is corrupt," the Yukikage said, his voice becoming as icy as the landscape around him. "It is you. I will never ally myself with such a creature." Rikujin's hand reached back for Ryuujin Tan, which was strapped to his back. "I suggest you leave."Snow Village

Buraian walked in and noticed Diadem, Rikujin and Rain. "Why hello there...is there an issue here?" he asked as he walked up to the group. His eye's shifting between the three of them, and he knew each one. Rain held the Rinnegan as told in his profile back at the village so he was dangerous, Rikujin held an old profile which wasn't too outdated and revealed he did have a Sharingan implant making him and Diadem quite dangerous.

Jounin of Mist "You still don't understand my words... Yukikage" said Rain as he sighed. Turning to see Buraian, he bowed to show respect as a mist ninja. He didn't expect to see the Mizukage here. Which confused him. "Hello Mizukage... What brings you to this freezing situation...? Hoping the Mizukage would not interfere and would atleast leave. he could finish his personal goals.

Buraian sighed at Rain and shook his head. "The Yukikage, informed me their may be trouble, so I came to check it out. Now then don't cause too much trouble...I would stay longer but we have an important guest I must attend to back at the village." he stated as he formed a hand seal and disappeared in a light cloud of smoke.

Jounin of Mist Rain turned back to Rikujin as everyone left the area. Now it was just one on one like how Rain wanted it. Jumping up along with both of his clones, all three started sets hand seals. Rain spat out a slimy liquid out of his mouth to cover the area in twenty meters around. One clone blew out a burst of wind causing a snow storm like cloud at Rikujin. The second clone blew out a smoke cloud that also flew along with the snow. It would be hard to see in the snow and smoke. If Rikujin was caught in this, it would be to easy.
Running up the mountain side was Raito. Noticing the smoke and snow from ahead of him, he began his own hand seals. Instantly he vanished. Appearing underneath Rikujin, he would grab his legs and pull him down into the ground leaving only his head poking out.

His suspicions about the Jounin before him had been confirmed. Rikujin had foreseen this situation, and was therefore ready for it. As he gathered his chakra together, Rikujin pulled the water from the snow around him as he built a massive circular wall. Having been making hand signs the entire time, Rikujin was ready. "Water Style: Grand Waterfall Jutsu!" He called as the wall expanded around him, sending large waves of water over the mountaintop and down its face.
Most of the snow was washed away, along with Rain's clouds of snow and smoke, as well as the slime he had produced. Though, Rikujin wasn't quite finished yet, as he sensed the presence of another being below him mere moments before his hands made contact with the Yukikage's leg. Rikujin's hands worked faster than the Rinnegan body could pull. With hands as fast as lightning, the Yukikage's body began to chirp as he built Lightning Manipulation Chakra up in his body.
"Chidori Nagashi!" He cried as his feet began to sink. Rikujin's body unleashed a horrifically powerful electrical current into Raito, whose hands were latched onto his legs. The electrical current's powers were increased dramatically due to the fact that the clone was using an Earth Release jutsu.
The EX-Konoha body wouldn't be getting up again, having effectively taken an S-Ranked jutsu directly.
The Yukikage wasn't impressed at all by the Mist Jounin's tactics. "I would expect better of a ninja of my original village." He said as his brow furrowed. As a shinobi with more experience and ability, Rikujin was outclassing Rain by far. "I have given you a chance to leave," Rikujin continued. "It is on your head if you refuse to take it."
The Yukikage made a single hand-sign and slapped his palms to the ground. Although it looked like a summoning, Rikujin had simply shot an electric current through the wet ground, preparing for anything that Rain might throw at him. Rikujin gave a fake smile as he awaited the Mist-nin's response.
((Note that the electric current is only in preparation for future events. It is in no way a form of attack.))Snow Village

Jounin of Mist The yukikage made a fatal mistake. He didn't know that Raito could absorb jutsu. Absorbing the lightning current Raito pulled Rikujin down into the ground leaving only his head visible. Raito then vanished again underground. The yukikage underestimated Raito.
Rain and his clones began to form hand seals as the water created from Rikujin came down on them. Rain vanished as the other two clones flew high into the air on spiraling balls of wind. The two performed the same hand seals and shot down bolts of lightning onto the water created by Rikujin that was now sliding away off the mountain. With Rikujin's head above the ground while his water technique was active, the lightning would zap Rikujin killing him, or most likely paralyzing him.

[EDITED] Rikujin managed to place his hands together as he was pulled into the earth, making a single Hand-Sign. While yes, Rikujin, having never seen an obscure Kekkei Genkai such as the Rinnegan, underestimated Raito, his mistake would never have been taken as fatal. A C-Rank Jutsu like the one Rain had unleashed would be, at most, a tickle to the hardened EX-Onin. The fundamental technique that all Raiton users learn is the Electricity Resistance technique, which, with an appropriate power level, functions in accordance with its name..
Rikujin's chakra seemed to solidify, creating a resistor to the electrical current unleashed by Rain. His hands already together, Rikujin had made the required hand sign for his technique, which only required the one. His hand was placed in a Bird Seal, which he then called out his jutsu. "Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous!" Rikujin disappeared with a crack of lightning.Snow Village
