I can't say I really care for this new skill. I was expecting something different but I suppose this does help skillers but only if they have combat friends. There's a lot of fighting and most of it is easy enough for soloing but that one b***h would be easier in a group.
I haven't done a whole lot of the skilling aspect as compared to the killing and making my way through the dungeon.
I feel this skill was far too hyped.
Overall I rate it a 3/5.

It's fine if you solo it actually, I did it with a random group, seriously a bunch of tools. stressed

I don't care for the new skill.
It takes forever to train, which I don't understand. After about 2 hours of soloing, possibly more...and I'm only level 4? Hmmm..
I also don't see any rewards coming out of my time, unless the Level 80 weapons turn out to actually be worth something. So far, it doesn't seem very strategically challenging. I feel like none of the rewards are worth the time it's going to take me to get them. It takes far too long to complete a dungeon with too little of an exp, or token, reward. It feels a lot more like a mini-game...I'm just going to be forced to play it at some point.
I've only been soloing...but, maybe it'll be more fun with a group of friends...or something.

When I saw the "NEW SKILL IS HERE" update, and the name of the thing, I squealed with delight. Not like "EEEEEEEEK!" but more like "eeeehahaha *cackle*."
It kind of is like a self-contained minigame, even more so than Hunter; at least you could start using feathers and furs from that soon after getting started, and you don't lose your inventory if you're hunting alone and your connection freaks out. There's a bit of a gap between starting the skill and having enough tokens for a gem bag. D: Even some crap rewards like imitation armour with low or no stats, or cosmetic stuff like house trophies, would be nice. I really hope Dungeoneering will at least be integrated into future updates, like new adventuring areas or additions to existing ones.
I also want the party leader to be able to lock everyone inside the home room until everyone's settled who gets what sort of items, and give additional reminders not to attack mastyx beasts. Gaaaah. Having usable features like dormant ranges or farming boxes marked on the minimap would be nice too.
It's like Zelda dungeon styles with NetHack randomization. Except the NetHack part leans more towards fun than masochism, and you don't have to identify things, and nothing's cursed, and there are no nymphs or rust traps or ant swarms...okay, maybe it's not like NetHack at all, then.

James and I have been playing it for about...3 hours. I must say, it's a lot funner with someone else but the xp is really shitty. That might just be because we're on a low level in f2p but eh. He's going to get a month of members and we're going to try it in p2p. I still rate it a 3/5.

I dunno yet. I mean, there are some reward items that I REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY want, but the game takes so long to level up and get tokkens, I don't think it will be worth it in the end. :[
I mean, imgine this;
You one of those people who like to camp at Dust Devils. Bonecrusher for all the bone drops, then you can use your gem bag to hold up to 100 of the gems? I mean, you'd never have to leave, really!
Not to mention the Scroll of Life could save you some epic cash when it comes to farming. Especially high level herbs, like snaps and whatnot.
So far, I'm level 5 and I've only earned 11 Tokkens. Now... the items I want are off the in the 60-150k range of tokkens. This game better start dishing out the tokkens or I am seriously just gonna give up on it for the items. Although, I do think it would be loads of fun if we had Skype/Vent to talk to teammates.
It would remind me of WoW A LOT! heart

I went into a harder room last night and got owned by some toxic smog or some s**t. Not cool. And Air, I got to fight that giant Icefiend before level 6 too. In fact, FIGHTING him GOT me to level 6.
