Avon feels the her pressure rise up as she trebles on the over..
"Here let me see her" avon knelt down taking out a little bottle from his pocket and drops a feel drops onto her forehead..
"This is use to help her release some of the pressure thats rising in her spiritual energy, buts it still up to her to fight the building of power thats happening or it will damage her spirit" avon said putting the bottle in his pocket..

"We should still take her to treatment room here and have the captain look at her." Avon began to scope the young girl up.

"It not far i think, its been years since ive been here.. But maybe to be safe of not getting lost lets just take here outside to get some air" Avon picks the girl up and began to walk out of the dojo..

Avon lays rizu on the bench outside the dojo.. He walks to a clear water pond near by and wets a cloth.. He places it onto Rizu forehead to cool her down and sits on the grass, looking up at Lala he smiles.. "Care to join me or are you to busy. I dont mind if you need to leave i can watch over her"..

Oakurim unsheathed his blade and started his zanpakuto training.
He sliced the air fine enough to hear the cut. He then focused his Reiryoku, and slashed his blade, cutting a hole in the wall.
"i need a sparring partner..."

"Not really.. She just needs rest, her spirt is getting strong so it mustve been to much for body but she sould get use to it in time.. To bad i was in the mood to spar" Avon laugh out

" shikai training time!!!"
Oakurim walked outside and sit up some pillars and walls by some large trees.
He then activated his shikai, chilling the air around him and freezing the water at the beach. He then started speeding for the pillars, dashing through the opsticals and cutting at the shadows beneath them.When he reached the trees, he sled and swung his zanpakuto, yanking all the pillars to crash into the trees.
"guess that work.."
Oakurim then jumped back and sliced his blade again, forming a ice cold, ripping black wind to form and cut through the trees.
"that's still good..."
