Damien looked at her, "The entire way here... you were hugging my hat the entire time... I understood that you were going to hold my hat for me but I was just wondering why it looked as if you were hugging it... and when I asked for it back, you hesitated."

 As casually as he could, Kaito strolled up to the group. "Sky bison," he remarked, nodding at the magnificent beasts "don't see a lot of those these days. You guys Airbenders?" he asked them.

"Ba Sing Se, huh?" asked Kaito, crossing his arms in thought. "That's where I'm headed. Try to see if I can get an audience with the Earth King. Might take forever, but I have a really good idea about needs to be done about the Fire Nation."

Kaito hesitated for a moment. Could he trust this guy with this idea. Why not? "He needs a spy. A good one, too. Someone loyal to the Water Tribe and Earth Kingdom, but can fake firebending. And I know how to do it." He smirked as he kept the last bit of information to himself; he liked to remain mysterious.

Damien was a little suspicious about that last comment, "So you think that you could get close to a member of the royal family... you know that they are constantly protected and watched by Dai Li agents, not to mention that the king and his daughter both know how to earthbend... how do you suppose to get close?" Damien than saw the Earth King and quickly walked behind the bison, hiding from him.
