If this was a debate this is what it would be like.
I agree that count blecks army is better because they have extremely powerful minions and quite weak troops though. The Count himself is Extremely powerful. His minions also have there own unique powers.
Dimentio(nothing like the joker):A physcotic jester who can teleport, make dimentions, make extremely powerful energy beams.
Mimi: A flirty minion who can shape shift into anything and also can turn into a spider thing
Nastasia: A nervous assistant who can use her super hypnotic powers to seize control of poeple and things
O'Chunks: A very powerfull(strenghth wise) person who has a scottish look.
However Bowsers army does have good forces.
the gombaa is the most powerful thing in his army
bowser is the weakest
so leave all the jobs to gombaa he will get it done

obviously Bowser! he needs people to stand by him after being defeated by Mario all the time! Anyways Bowser is wicked awesome because he is a fire-breathing dragon! Also Bowser needs a hug! *hugs Bowser* ^.^

The Koopa Klan, definetly. Bowser has an infinite amount of followers and they are ALL loyal to him. Count Bleck's minion has an infinite amount of minions too, when you subtract the Koopa Klan which are not loyal to Count Bleck just mind-controlled you have Five people in his army, when you subtract Mr. L who also isn't loyal, just mind-controlled you get Four, get rid of Dimentio who is just using Count Bleck and you have an incredibly large total of THREE!(four if you include Tippi/Lady Timpani) people loyal to Count Bleck.

got to go with the count he would decimate bowser's army with his magic moves yeah if bowser turned into giga bowser it wouldn't be enough bleck is just unstoppable
