Warrick looked to Grissom, and gave him a little smile.
"Whatcha say pal? Wanna take a rest before we continue?" He asked, noticing that she was still grimacing when she stepped up on her paws. He knew she needed some rest, and he was going to let her get it before they continued. After all, Grissom hadnt yet slept for the night, and he knew how cranky the pup would be a few hours from now.
"Lets all rest, and we can continue traveling tomorrow, when th sun is high in the sky, and your paws have taken more rest than they have had."
He would likely go and hunt for the two of them, once they both fell asleep that is. He knew now, that he was responsible for the female, just as much as his pup.
He watched his pup curl beside the females leg, and close his eyes, and he looked at Okugi once more.

Okugi laid down gratefully when he said they could rest. Her paws were throbbing from all the activity she'd done earlier. She felt her heart swell with pride when Grissom laid down next to her. She curled her body slightly around him, keeping her head up for a little while as she relaxed. "Thank you Warrick. Just a little rest would be nice. Just a small one..." She mumbles, her eyelids drooping as she laid her head down. She sighed contently, thinking briefly this was the most at ease she'd been in months. She yawned hugely before settling down more comfortably, looking almost affectionately at the male wolf before closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep.
