The pair of girls reached the corner of the wall and the glowing one glanced back to make sure Deimos really was following, blinking when she saw the cat and a pair of pants but no Deimos? What?! Where did she go? That chicken! How could a girl be so cowardly? Her gaze turned to Tyyne as if blaming her for this but the deer girl merely shook her head and waved her hands. This wasn't her fault, really! She didn't say anything! Evari huffed and started making her way toward the cat and the abandoned stuff. Why would someone leave their pants behind with a cat? Was it supposed to distract her? Tyyne had followed, of course, and was peering around her sister. How strange.

Suddenly they heard Deimos' voice and both girls turned sharply to the gate again, gasping together and staring at Deimos. Whoa! She had no legs! Er...he had no legs! It was like a ghost or something! Wow! "Be careful, Deimos." Tyyne peered through the gate at what he was doing, unable to find this 'something' from her angle.

"Yeah! See if it opens the gates! Then we can just walk in like we own th'place~!" Evari said with a proud grin, holding the bars of the gate and watching Deimos.

Deimos watched the small mechanism as though it might attack him at any moment before he looked around, spotted a stick stick, and moved to fetch it. He didn't much like the idea of touching that thing on his own with his bare hands so perhaps using a stick to do so would be better. He drew in a deep breath, swallowed hard, and set to jabbing at the device until it popped open. Once it was open he gave a little smile, "Alright... its open now lets see..." He looked it over for a moment before he set to poking at it again. There was a burst of power, a little flash of light, and a terrible creak of metal as the lock on the gate gave way.

Deimos had vanished almost instantly, body trembling as the sights and sounds of the gate coming to life had scared the life out of him. He dropped his stick and drifted toward the gate, dragging in deep breaths as he tried to get himself under control, "Ahh... alright... you can come in." He whispered, slowly coming back into view when his heart started to slow. Phew... just opening the gate was scary! He didn't even want to think about what they were going to run into when they went inside the place he thought to himself in a pathetic manner.

Evari let go of the bars and stepped back away from the gate, bringing Tyyne with her in case the gates really did open. What if they flew open? What if they fell? That would be bad. Someone could get hurt, and she didn't want anyone to get hurt...she just wanted to check out the house and see if anything cool was inside! It was probably just a really old house with nothing in it, what was there to be afraid of? When the door finally opened Tyyne gasped and clung to her sister, watching it with wide eyes. Wait...where did Deimos go? "Deimos...?" Where did he go? Did someone take him?! Tyyne tried to push past Evari to find him but Evari wouldn't let her by, her own brow furrowed as she looked for the other 'girl'.

"Deimos? Where'd you--oh. Hey." Good, she was okay! Evari grinned and walked through the gate with her sister, looking up at the house. It. Looked. Awesome. It was one of those old houses with a porch that went all around it, and it was two floors with a third floor for an attic. The shutters were falling off, it had a hole in the roof here and there...those steps looked hardly safe to be walking on. It looked like it had been abandoned for many years. It was probably a gorgeous house when it was being used, but now it just looked old and dank and rundown. It wasn't too huge of a house, thankfully, but it was sizable. Evari looked so excited, Tyyne looked like she wanted to leave...but because Evari was excited she knew that wouldn't be happening anytime soon. Tyyne sighed. "Okay! Let's go! You gettin' yer cat?" And her...pants?

Deimos floated over to where his things were, picking up his back first to put the strap over his shoulder, then picked up his pants, shaking them off before allowed his legs to appear once more. He stepped into them, pulling them up before he turned to look over toward the others, "I'm coming." He said, trotting after them and in turn Gigan followed along after Deimos.

He didn't didn't like that they were still going to go into the scary house but if nothing else at least he wouldn't be alone. He was trembling a bit as he picked up his cat, hugging him close as they got to the porch, "Are you... sure you want to go in?" He whispered to them.

"Of course I want to go in!" Evari answered with a laugh like it was the dumbest question Deimos could have asked. She hurried ahead of the two scaredy cats to test the first step onto the porch, hopping on it. It creaked unhappily under her jumping weight but seemed...stable enough. Tyyne gasped and stared in horror, half expecting her sister to fall through. But she didn't. Evari tested the rest of the steps and then the porch around the door, grinning proudly when it all seemed to be in order. "C'mon you scaredies! It'll be fun!"

"I'm not sure this is such a good idea..." Tyyne whispered quietly to Deimos, frowning at him a moment and then looking at her sister who was waiting very impatiently in front of the broken in front door of the house. She couldn't say no to her sister, but she wished she could. Tyyne sighed and very cautiously made her way to the house, climbing daintily up the front steps until she was standing beside her older sister. Evari pat the girl's shoulder and then turned her gaze down to Deimos and 'her' cat. Well?

Deimos had almost hoped that she would change her mind and decide that she would rather do something that appeared to be more fun, safer, and didn't involve the possibilities of ghosts getting them. He followed along after the two before looking over at the deer girl, "You... you don't think that... that ghosts come out during the day, do you?" He asked of her in a hushed whisper. He didn't even want to think about what could happen if ghosts came out when it was day time as well.

The pink haired boy swallowed hard before picking up Gigan, hugging the cat to his chest like a shield before he slowly made his way up the stairs after the others, "We.. should be quick about this." He murmured, before they were caught by... well anything that could possibly want to trap three interlopers.

Tyyne's ears perked and she jumped a little when Dei suddenly whispered to her, startling her when she almost thought it was a ghost. It was just Deimos! Haha. Okay. Right. Heh. "I...don't know. Are ghosts really real?" Tyyne asked quietly, worried now. Weren't ghosts just stories? They didn't really exist...did they? Evari heard whispering and turned around, pouting at the two chickens. Ugh! They were taking way too long!

"Well? What're you two girls whispering about back there? C'mon!" Quick? Pfft! Evari wanted to explore every inch of this house! She turned to the front door again and stared up at it. It was half off its hinges...looked dangerous. Hmmm! Maybe if she pushed it? Evari didn't mind taking one for the team. Ohoh! What if she kicked it? That would be so cool! And so it was decided. Evari took a hop back away from the door, bouncing a couple times on her toes as if getting herself pumped. Okay...one...two... "HYAAAAA!" Evari cried out suddenly as she jumped forward and thrust her leg out at the door in as close to an imitation of a karate kick as she could manage, getting the door off its last hinges. Unfortunately her form was way off. Way, way off. And so she slipped and fell right on her a**, the door falling in a way that it fell at her and hit her before she had time to react. It merely grazed her...but ffffffffuuuuuuuuuck! It still hurt! Tyyne gasped, her hands flying to her mouth and her ears perked high.

"Oh no! Evari?! A-are you okay?!" Why did she do that?! S-stupid Evari! Stupid, stupid! Evari groaned and held her arm, looking down at it to make sure she wasn't bleeding. It was red from the impact but she wasn't bleeding. There was a bit of whiteness from the scraping though. And it stung...a lot. Ow. She pouted again and stood up, still holding her arm and shaking her head.

"I'm fine." She insisted haughtily, suddenly grinning with pride. "I got the door open~!"

"...Nice...Evari..." Tyyne sighed.

Deimos gave a squeak of surprise, stepping in closer to the deer girl when Evari suddenly, and violently, kicked in the poor door... it took him a moment to get his bravery up enough to open his eyes to look in through the door and when he didn't immediately spot any monsters or ghosts he let out a shaking breath, "Phew... no monsters so far." He whispered to Tyyne in a hushed tone of voice before e looked over at Evari.

"Umm... G-Good job." He complimented the girl that seemed to be quite pleased with her door kick as he didn't really want to upset her and risk getting one of those kicks himself. He waited at Tyyne's side, unmoving, waiting for Evari and Tyyne to move first before he would follow along after him. He didn't want to go inside but if they both went first then he would force himself to follow so as not to look like a complete wimp even though he was just that.

Of course there were no monsters! Monsters weren't real! Right? Th-they didn't exist. Tyyne couldn't bring herself to speak just yet, the very thought of going into this old and dirty and dusty house possibly filled with bugs and gross things and just falling apart had her fairly terrified. They could get hurt! Or worse! She didn't like this idea one bit. Evari seemed pleased by their albeit half-hearted praises, turning back around to walk into the house. Tyyne gulped loudly and suddenly reached out to tightly hold Deimos' hand in a frightened death grip, biting down on her lip and very, very slowly taking the few steps needed to follow her sister into the house.

Inside the house was dark and dank, opening up into the main living area of the house. There were cobwebs everywhere and most of the furniture was covered with dusty sheets of cloth, anything that wasn't covered was rotting and the color was long faded. Rugs were torn from age, paintings were all but recognizable, and even a few pieces of flooring seemed to be missing. Evari looked around the house with a look of curious awe, her glow brightening a bit and actually bringing Tyyne a little comfort; they could never lose Evari if she just kept glowing like that. "This. Is. SO. COOL!" Evari cried out, laughing and hopping, an action that made Tyyne gasp and squeeze Deimos' hand.

Okay, Evari had had her fun. They had gone into the house. They were here. Nothing interesting in here! Nope! Just a lot of aging furniture and bugs. "Can we please go now, Evari?"

Deimos was trembling like a leaf caught out in a storm as they headed into the run down house, his eyes flicked from side to side to take in all the details in every shadow around the place and was already imagining what sorts of horrible things were lurking around the corners of this place. Evari seemed to be rather excited though, thinking that it was the coolest place ever, "I wish Gera was here..." He murmured to himself. If Gera were here he could hide behind him, cling to him, and there wasn't any sort of monster that would be able to get near to him since the metal clad boy came equipped with all sorts of scary weapons.

Deimos looked up at Tynne when he felt her squeezing his hand, then looked around. There was a low, creaking sound somewhere nearby that had him shaking all over before something, somewhere in the house fell down with a huge CRASH sound drawing a shriek of surprise from Deimos as he clung to the deer girl. Even Tyyne with her sharp hooves and horns wasn't anywhere near as scary as the unknown something that was knocking things over the house... it must be a monster! Or a ghost! Or some sort of wild animal... It never occurred to him that it was just an old house that was slowly falling apart.

Tyyne's ears perked when Deimos wished for someone to be there, blinking and squeezing his hand again. Was he going to be alright? "Is Gera a friend of yours?" She asked with a smile to try and get his mind off where they were. It was a bit scary house and Deimos was terrified. Tyyne was scared but she seemed to be holding up better than poor Deimos beside her.

Something in the house crashed and Tyyne screamed along with Deimos...though admittedly a bit softer and more controlled. It only further proved to Evari that this Deimos was not a boy. Evari only jumped and gasped because of the two screaming girls, Tyyne clung to Deimos as tightly as he was clinging to her. The house was falling apart! They had to get out of here! "Ev-Evari, please..." She whimpered, biting down on her bottom lip. "This house is too old..w...we shouldn't be here we'll get hurt!" Evari scoffed and waved a hand at the pair.

"You two're just too scared. I wanna explore!"

"But Evari--"

"I. Want. To. Ex. Plore." Evari glared at the two girls and put her fists on her hips. Tyyne frowned and pinned her ears back, her head ducking a bit as she backed down from the glare of her older sister. She didn't want to explore, she wasn't budging from this spot for anything unless it was in the direction of outside.

Deimos hung onto the deer girl before looking over at Evari in a hopeful manner, wanting for the toughest among them to see reason and say that they were allowed to leave! he didn't like this place one bit, "I-I don't think the house wants us here..." He said in a shaky voice, things wouldn't be falling over and trying to scare them if the house wanted them to be here...

"We should go... b-before the doors close and try to trap us here!" He said, what if the house was haunted and tried to trap all of them here? It wouldn't be the first scary, semi sentient building that he'd been inside of and after the incident at the shop he hadn't wanted to deal with such a thing again... of course it would appear as though Evari were very set that they were going to explore the place no matter how scary it was in here.

"Seriously?" Evari pouted at Deimos when she felt the 'house' didn't want them there. "S'just an old house. Houses that're old and don't got anyone livin' in them fall apart'n stuff. Quit bein' such babies." Evari pouted at the trembling pair. What pansies! Even her own sister?! Hmph! That wouldn't do. Tyyne was going to have to toughen up and get over herself if she wanted to be Evari's sister. Dei could do whatever she wanted, she wasn't Evari's sister.

She tried to turn away to explore the house when Dei complained again. AUGH! Fine! Fine they'd leave! Stupid...ugh! This wasn't cool! Tyyne gasped, recognizing the way Evari glowed brighter. It was like she'd been when Tyyne had first arrived! Oh dear. They were making her mad. This wasn't good. "We could always come back later, Evari..."

"Ugh! Fine!" Evari grumbled, her fists clenched. Tyyne began to back toward the door again, watching Evari turn and brush past them. Oh dear....

"Oh dear. She's mad." That wasn't good. Evari walked out of the house and stood in the front yard, her arms crossed and a deep scowl settled on her face. Stupid Tyyne. Stupid Deimos...stupid rock. She kicked a nearby rock to let off some steam. It didn't help too much but whatever.

Deimos was more then happy to see that they were going to be leaving the house, that Evari actually agreed to it instead of telling them to suck it up which he'd feared she would do. He was more then happy to quickly abandon the house so that it come continue its descent into disrepair without him inside of it. Once he was outside and breathing fresh air, as though the air inside were completely horrible and toxic or something, Deimos relaxed a little... or at least as much as someone like him could relax.

Of course with mention that Evari was mad he glanced over at her before looking over at Tyyne, "S-Shes... not gonna yell at us is she?" He whispered, worried that she would yell at them or worse kick them like she had kicked that poor, defenseless rocked that she'd landed in the water. He didn't want to get knocked into the water himself... He knew that the water contained all sorts of scary things... there were likely fish, frogs, germs... what if there was a scary water monster or a snake? He shivered and picked up Gigan again to hug the cat to his chest like a furry shield.

Gigan allowed it seeming to be quite a push over when it came to anything that Deimos did to him since Deimos was the one that fed him every time he demanded food.

Yell at them? Honestly, Tyyne wouldn't be surprised if she did. Evari had yelled at her when they met and she hadn't even done anything! Except exist. Sigh. She let Deimos release her, letting go of him herself and watching as he picked up his cat. She wished she had something to pick up and cling to for comfort. "I-I'm sorry, Eva--"

"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Evari waved a hand at the pair, rolling her eyes and tilting her head to look at them with a deep scowl. She was angry. Very angry. But the kind of angry where she was...calm. It terrified Tyyne more than her yelling did, actually. It was creepy. Evari sighed irritably and reached a hand out for Tyyne, making a 'come here' motion until the deer girl hesitantly walked over. The glowing girl linked arms with her and turned to Deimos and his cat, still clearly upset but not doing anything about it. Yet. "We should get home. S'almost dinner an'stuff." She shrugged. Tyyne blinked, looking very surprised. "Get home safe, girly."

"Um...it was very nice to meet you, Deimos. Ah, yes. Get home safe....see you again sometime?" Tyyne actually smiled, wanting to see him again without Evari there to wreck it and make them both so uncomfortable.
