Hobbies: I had a quick question since he's so deeply invested in some of these people: What would he do if he saw actors who played in multiple shows? Like what if Evil Stephano from "As Destiny City Turns" showed up as a good guy in "Forbidden Senshi Love" <-- insert ridiculous name of your choice here. Just curious to see how his passionate, tv loving world view would take to that.
Supportive: I'd like to know a bit more about what sort of things he would list as 'bad' behavior in a senshi, especially with certain senshi groups going into... very very dark areas. This could create some interesting personal conflict for him if a senshi he awakened or knew personally decided to take that route, and it would be interesting to know how he'd deal with that.
Those are pretty much my immediate thoughts, I'm sorry I can't come up with more right now?

@Ryu: If there are two people playing on two shows, then the characters either live double lives or have a twin. This is soap opera world. Easily explained. That or they are clones. Aliens happen in soap operas too.
As for Supportive, he'd take a daddy role and try to correct his children. Then again, he doesn't have much authority, being a cat. :c

You have asked me to give some hard criticism on this quest -- so here I am. Just note, some of the things that I may point out will be based on my own knowledge/opinions. You can take it or leave it!
ON THE CIVILIAN/CAT:
The hobbies are cute, unique, and well-written. I really have no notes on them. Very solid, stands out from other quests too.
His flaws/virtues make sense. I feel like I know who this cat is, and I feel like he is distinct from existing cats. Sometimes when there is a text wall for a trait, I get a little disheartened, but this is just a sort of preference thing. I like concise, to-the-point write ups... even though I personally am not concise very often. So if you can trim the fat anywhere, I'd recommend it, though this is, again, a personal preference.
I would list HARD OF HEARING as a flaw, flat out. No 'additional note' bit since that is not part of the form.
I know this is hard to hear, but I don't really have any major pointers for this. I enjoy this quest. I don't have much to suggest. In my opinion (which is NOT a guarantee, of course), I think it would be a contender in a contest. If you want the stamp, it is yours.

Thank you. I tend to get very wordy. I'll try and trim things a bit. I know that a wall of text is rather intimidating and tends to rattle on - something I tend to do often. I do appreciate the advice. I'm always hesitant to write a physical disability as a flaw since other quests have been told not to. I'll change it to a flaw now that I'm more sure.
I would be happy for a stamp!

New Cat Concept idea. Thinking the collar could then be his belt when he's in Human stage.

ON THE CIVILIAN/CAT SIDE
There are quite a lot of hobbies! I think these could be trimmed down or combined. He is a cat, so he has less responsibilities and more free time than a working adult or studying student, so more hobbies than average is fine - but there are currently six hobbies listed.
Hard of Hearing isn't a flaw! Flaws are strictly personality-based. Sorry on the confusion on this. You could move it back to being an additional note!
Arthur sounds really adorable, awesome work with this quest!
When you are finished with your changes, feel free to quote me so that I may add you to my list.

Thanks! I just wrote "Additional Note" for the Hard of hearing so it's still listened and known but not a flaw. As for the hobbies, I sorta felt that it might be much. I got rid of "Chatting it Up" and his love of stealing coffee since it's more of a like than a hobby.
