When I saw the twilight movie (don't ask me why, I was bored, alone, and slightly insane at the time) I could've swore I heard Alucard's laughter when Edward Cullen claimed to be a vampire.

Twilight promotes a totally warped sense of what love should be like. Never confide the truth about your feelings, always bow down to the will of the person you love. Make your own decisions about what the other person needs, without discussing it with them. Trust blindly and with out reason. Oh yes and be totally head over heals without showing any real emotions.
And so so so sorry, vampires so do not sparkle, how could anybody take that seriously.

TyllMarvel When I saw the twilight movie (don't ask me why, I was bored, alone, and slightly insane at the time) I could've swore I heard Alucard's laughter when Edward Cullen claimed to be a vampire. haha, nice!! if she had named them somethign else, like "squagiles" or "morphicadons" or i dont know...not vampires, it might not have been as vomit inducing as it is. as it stands, its like this; "hi, im a werewolf. but instead of changing at the full moon, i change on the 3rd thursday of the month, and instead of turning into a wolf, i turn into a squid." and wow, bella looks like shes on some hardcore drugs.

When I was visiting my family, my sister and I got into an argument over the term "saga". Which twilight clearly does not fit the definition of. And she says how she thought twilight sucked, but the next movie (new moon, or w/e) is awesome and she's a total fan and hooked now. Oh, and she read all the books in one week. I sit here and think.. when you try for your GED if you ever get around to that, I hope you pass the English portion. Also, if you can read all the books in one week, you obviously need to get out and spend more time with your kids.
I only watched the twilight movie. And I do not at all think it was meant to be a movie. It's got too much introduction and no plot. And I think the people who were chosen to play the main characters were probably the worst choices possible. The guy who plays Edward is just plain ugly, and um.. Bella? She has no emotions. The face she makes on the cover, the "huh?" face seems to be the only face she made during the whole movie. Shock: "huh?" ; Happy: "huh?" ; Scared: "huh?" Everyone else was decent and fit their characters well. Those two, not at all.

OK I have a new thing to discuss, I like Glittery, sparkly sunshiny bright happy colors, and now there seems to be an active dislike of all things glittery because of it. I don't like seeing anything glittery being made fun of because its a "vampire" trait, Yuck! I can't wait til sparkles can be reclaimed by those who just like pretty things. Taking a stand here, climbing on a soapbox...
