The Auditions go on always, it is based off of your avis though. I think we promoted you insanities passion. Lol, i shall check. But the way to know if you have been promoted is if you recieve a letter from the guild saying you are now crew. ^_^ All crew members are considered lower seraph.
Now, there CAN be fallen lower seraph!!!!!! A fallen is still an angel. So it can be a fallen lower seraph. Higher seraph's must be regular angels due to the known fact that the only prince of heaven to ever fall was lucifer.
