Though still little confused as to why they have him if he is in non of the anime/manga stuff. Unless i missed something as i was reading (the info.) and/or forgot bout it already xD
Its a spinoff novel written by someone un-involed with the DN anime/Manga.
Though BB is mentioned ONCE in the manga after Raye Penbars wife died (What was her name again?...i forgot....XD)
