i say we should have 3 forums that have: Boy group/singer, girl group/singer and mix.
within that forum, are sub forums of every kpop group/singer with its designated forum.
So that it would be easier to navigate where people can post a certain news for that specific group.

Yeah, I think that that is a good idea. It should be organized similar to how most people organize their music. I usually divide up my music into the following folders: "Girl Groups," "Boy Bands," "Solo Female," "Solo Male," "Mixed," "OSTs," "Japanese," "English," "Other."
And within those folders I'd have subcategories, like under "Girl Groups" would be f(x), BEG, etc..
I also think the guild needs a better banner cause when I was joining the guild, it was kind of sad there was no pretty banner to get me excited :[
