we are only a 2A school and so only have 3 music classes anyway: Band, Choir, and percussion. As it is, our BD is getting spread around so he teaches band and percussion at the high school, all band at an elementary school, and most of the band at a middle school. He's always stressed out and it's just not a good deal... and our choir director has to teach choir at a different middle school, and spainish at the high school as well.

We're losing our percussion director. Yeah, we still have our BD and our jazz director, but honestly, losing our Perc. director is a loss for us. :[
Now the administration wants to totally screw with the band schedule that the original BD of our school managed to put into place. T____T

My band director just got fired, not because they're cutting any music programs, but because students filed sexual harassment charges against him. He told everyone it was because we don't have a 200 piece band and they wanted to hire someone to make it happen, but I found out from my principle other wise~
