I'd rather see more plot stuff going on inside rather than outside. I know the whole point of Los Noches is to attack the Serietei but... that seemed to get really old back when I was an arrancar. I mean, yeah it's fun the first few times but i think more in depth Rp between one another and inside our area rather than just -fight fight the shinigami-.

I was thinking the same. That's why I said they should pursue more than simple "cold shoulder" attitudes, especially when not every Arrancar is like that - my Arrancar is just mental for example. He'll have a good chat... and try to eat your hair...

That's what I was thinking there are thirteen squads and a VC for each, the Espada are here solely to fight the Captains and VC's head on.
I would agree with Split on this one too, with Nel and Mr. OneEye (because I hate him the most I don't remember his name). Even if they don't work together it would be nice to see more activity among this Faction simply because outsiders will see a dead squad because little to no threads have been posted in.

And my inactive Arrancar is a sweet child who really just wants to belong some where and be morbid. ^,^ She isn't all about fighting unless she is told to by her master (whom I need to find a new one sadly cause of SOMEONE LEAVING ME FOR IRAQ).
I mean, I have chat and I personally love Accapello to death. I'd love just some arrancar Rp versus fighting cause-I hate battling. Everyone has that superiority complex that bugs me >>

Well let's see. So far we have a pitch for Espada becoming crew to fit there position as the answer to VC's.
Now all we need is a good way to have people in this place interacting rather than just sitting around like a bunch of panzies. I'm all for my relationship education class! - but any other serious ideas for it?

I might make a lock-down/lockout. Meaning Las Noches will be locked within itself and anybody on the outside will be locked out. It's tempting to do this so that we can create our structure without the interruptions or distractions from outside forces, because frankly, this has nothing to do with any other squad.
EDIT:
I'm very tempted to make a separate guild for Las Noches and this would be our plug into this guild. Again, it's just an idea.

I hope you all don't mind me putting my 2 cents in on this. Being new has it's advantages because I'm a fresh set of eyes!
I think locking down Las Noches is a good idea but, I also think that it needs some cleaning up too. I have no clue where to start posting at. There are so many threads and alot of them are old. This makes for alot of confusion. I think there should be a dump of all older threads not being used to make way for new ones.
Then take a roll call and see who is active and who isn't. This will give you an idea of who needs to be placed into what position. Fill those positions and then start recruiting new talent.
Once thats done, start a whole new thread envolving everyone (Arrancar's & Espada's only) and start building from the ground up again.
It's alot of work but you have my vote and help if that means anything.
