I already printed off the schedule and highlighted all the stuff that I want to do.
Must do's:
Cosplay sewing panels
FMA role-playing
Cosplay contest
One or both of the Gaia meetups
"Yaoi and You" panel
Various adult panels
People watch
Meet new people/friends
I'm wagging my non-existent tail.

make sure that Tsunade wig will fit AND hem an Undertaker coat (thanks Kuma....). Oh yeah find a bucket for 60 or so origami butterflies, not including all of the ones you need a magnifying glass to see eek .

Also, it is NOT 60 butterflies...it is 103. sweatdrop I am done with them now, but I kept getting distracted by little scraps of paper that were telling me that they wanted to be folded too. lol

All that needs to be done on the turtle shell is put straps on it and finish the lining.
The sword still isn't finished. DX

I still have so many little details to finish too. For Ranma-chan: closures, gold frogs, sash. Panda Genma: Put in zipper, hem neck arms and legs, make neck coif. Lust: add in extra support. Yeesh. And so few days left.

On a side note...I FINALLY FINISHED THE SWORD!!!! Sorry for the caps and obnoxious color, but I think that it was called for this time. lol I'm quite proud of it. ^^; It was made entirely from cardboard, duct tape, a wood rod for support, hot glue and a strip of fabric. If I get a chance, I'll upload a pic.

Did you know you can get hot pink duct tape?
I only know this because I had to buy the chrome and white duct tapes for that sword Kuma made xd

@ chicobonito: Thanks. :3 We shouldn't be too hard to find with our odd group. Oh! Here are the two that are gonna steal all of the attention from the adults...   Their hair will be colored for the con, and yes the outfits are big, but they can always wear them next year too. XP Actually, this will be the 3rd time to use the Akatsuki cloak. BTW, the butterflies are first come/first serve, so I hope I made enough.

I wish I had a costume. I do have my extra camera battery charged and extra memory chips. I hope to get lots of good pics.

If you found me send me a pic... I (and both my staff) WAS at the Gaia panel Saturday (you might have taken a pic of me during I think it was the craziest dress award thing... I was in a red Wa Lolita dress - which is kinda a deconstructed kimono turned lolita)
and one of my staff was at the Gaia meetup Sunday)
