"Well..sometimes we have to hurt to learn? Remember when I first picked up the guitar man? My fingers ached for days, but I -had- to learn, so I had to get through it and keep going on. Pain is kinda part of the learning process...I guess? I'll help man! Really!"
He was still jittery. Maybe eating that starseed was a bad idea.... Then again, he felt pretty awesome right now. Nervousness still lingered simply because this situation was so odd, but he felt like he could take on whatever came at them.
With as hyped up as he was, he probably could.
"Take me when you practice and I'll help!"

"Great... you'll make an -amazing- landing pad." He nodded with more than a little sarcasm... well, MAYBE it was sarcasm. Sometimes it was hard to tell.
He stopped a moment and stared at Schee and shook his head, shoulders slumping.
"I think...there needs to be a mandate to forbid you from eating those damned things. You're as bad as the time you made that -sludge- out of pixi sticks and rockstar. The stuff you had to eat with a -spoon- i'm sure you remember..."

Great, he was rambling again.
"I'll make it again another day and make you try some. You'll probably OBJECT to me but I bet once you taste it you'll want moooore!"
He, after all, wanted more. And those starseeds were pretty tasty too.
Even if he was hyper as hell now.
For a moment Scheelite went ahead, bounding across a couple of rooftops. He lingered there for a moment, looking around before turning and leaping back to where Zink was. At least he came back, and at least he fell back into his rightful place of right behind Z.
"Cmooon man, can't you go faster?"
Yes, he was going to be annoying tonight.

"Absolutely...you can cary me AND the body....DON'T" he added sharply at the end. "I don't like being picked up JUST in case you forgot. We'll get there soon, its not a road trip... see? just up there." He glanced around again to make sure there was no one up here.

He had -so- been about to pick Zink up. Good thing the other added in a note about not liking to be picked up, because Scheelite had definitely forgotten this.
Oh well.
"Are we there yet?"
He knew they weren't, but he couldn't shut up.
"Cause this is boooooring, and I -hate- being bored and can't we go home yet?"

He -wouldn't- mind you, the fact he refused to meet Scheelite's eyes when he said it proved it. In fact he still rather profoundly disliked actually taking out starseeds on his own. NOT, of course, that he was incapable, it just seemed rather... like an odd fetish or 'kink' in his opinion but he would be hard pressed to explain -why-.

Rather than a yes, Zinkenite was met with a grin and
"are we there noooow?"
Demy was a sweetheart. Scheelite was quite capable of being an -a*****e- if he felt like it. Poor Zink would forever have his hands full with his roommate it seemed.
"How about now----OH GOOD! We're here? Well that didn't take that long at all!"
Yep, definitely just being annoying by this point.
"See ya Zink-man!'
And then, once again, rather than take an ordinary ladder Scheelite hopped his way to the pavement below.

"I SWEAR YOUR ON YOUR OWN TONIGHT WITH YOUR NIGHTMARES!!" He yelled down after Scheelite in a moment of rather profound indisgression, looked around for witnesses to it and with a deep breath and white knuckles on the edge of the roof... followed Schee's method.
He -almost- landed well, a nice 3 point landing that turned into a flat out -sprawl- involving curses and snarls about wretched smells.
"THERE..." He snarled testily.
"Just... put it down and... grab something sharp...make it look like it died of something -other- than what it did." He snapped and stood up to dust off.
"AND watch for fingerprints..." he added with a scowl and then rubbed at his leg. Even with the cast a fading memory it ached after that and he cursed it, not to mention the residual ache of his ribs.
He was not looking forward to finding out who had hauled him down that alley... maybe it had just been a normal mugger, but for what he could recall, what LITTLE he could remember, he was sure he could recall the familiar awful sensation of fingers reaching where they had no right to be, though he had not admitted so to anyone.

"You wouldn't leave me alone!"
A pause.
".....would you? I mean really dude that's not very nice and I wouldn't do that to -you- and just...........you wouldn't really leave me alone would you?"
Scheelite had enough sense not to comment on Zink's less than spectacular landing.
"Okay!"
He giggled and ran off a bit further into the alley to set up their little 'crime scene'. The giggles continued even as Scheelite was only just -barely- visible by the glowing trademarks hanging off his uniform. When he came back, the body was gone and there was a bit of blood splattered on the front of his outfit.
And he was grinning.
"All done Zink-man!"
His voice had a distinct sing-song quality to it. Scheelite was -still- not well.

Zink made a face at the blood "Wonderful"... he said dripping enough sarcasm that it should possibly have come with a bright yellow plastic warning board to fold out.
"And if you don't want to find out it I -would- then don't test your luck!" He added and forced a grin.
"You remembered the finger prints right? Come on...let's get out of here before someone sees us, and 'it', and next time you call me before you go out." he ordered sounding rather like Wolframite's impression of a businessman plotting to crush another company.

He raised a hand to salute, keeping a solemn face for a moment before bursting into uncontrolable laughter.
Seems like his partner may have finally completely fallen over the edge of sanity.
"Cmoooon, let's go!"
Scheelite skipped ahead a few steps, heading for....the entrance to the alley. In bloodstained clothing. ...Hrm.

"Up..." instructed Zink pointing to the roof tops... "Over at least a block, go back down and we swap to civvies and act -casual... or as casual as your going to get..." he shook his head slightly baffled at Scheelites behavior.

Scheelite heaved a rather dramatic sigh, spun around on his heels, and started bouncing his way back up to the rooftops. It was likely he was back up there before Zink would even have a chance to blink.
"Come onnnnnnnn man!"

"..." a frustrated stare after him... "Coming coming... just a -moment-"
He took a deep breath, sighed like the world had just handed him a industrial sized lemon with no sugar for lemonade... and made his attempt to follow.
He -almost- made it, slid back, grabbed the edge and ended up dangling from his fingertips wide eyed and the air slammed out of him from the impact.
"...littlehelp?" he wheezed.
