Well I like to involve my family in my celebrations but because of the fact that they're Christians, I just make a nice dinner and explain to them the reason we celebrate and the history behind the holiday. I didn't get to make dinner tonight but tomorrow I will be. I'm pretty excited. biggrin
Edit: My stepdad's parents decided that we're having dinner with them tonight since they're leaving tomorrow. Now I have to postpone my celebration AGAIN. -sigh- it is what it is I guess. But at least I have more time to prepare everything, right?

That's right! At least you have more time to prepare. Also, the wait will make the meal seem that much more worthwhile for you. Besides they're leaving, they probably want to see you again-just means they love you?
But yay for more prep time. I find prep time helpful when I'm cooking.
Edit: OOOH!!! By the way guys! (This is rather exciting for me), my mom and I own an online business together. She actually asked me to write a small blurb about the traditions of Easter and stuff. That naturally makes me worry because she generally wants the Christianized version of everything. BUT, she actually let me include the pagan side as well.

Basically it sells holiday gear for pretty much every occasion. Easter, Christmas, baby showers, gift baskets, birthdays, gift ideas in general...tons and tons of stuff
It has a wide range of stuff. I personally am in mad love with the Victorian Christmas ornaments so guess where all my money is going next year! xD
I'm keeping my eye out for more pagan oriented stuff too but we have some jewlery with stones in it....which I also want to own >.<
