the only peoples that cant win is me and peoples that dont read the rules razz
so yes you can still win items and play in the comps

xxEternally_Cursedxx hm...i never knew what a mod is. lol. what is it? : x sorry if i sound stupid. i was just never informed. :l basiclly you make sure all the little kidies play nice with each other, delete posts/ move posts that are in the wrong areas, invite/accept new users etc
