Demy gave a slight tug to the bottle. If he could just get it up near his lips....
Then again...
"Z, man, you shouldn't be drinking...remember last time? What if they catch you? Don't you think she'd be more upset about drinking than a little dating between us?"
That pout though, that pout was killing him.
"Aww...cmere man..."
He let go of his precious grip on the bottle and instead wrapped an arm around Z to pull him into a hug.
"It'll be fine man..don't worry about it!"

came the murmured question from Dem's shoulder.
"MMM!" He pushed back for a moment and shoved the bottle at Dem's chest.

Bottle nabbed, he quickly chugged a bit before handing it back to Z. Ugh this stuff was kinda strong, but he wasn't about to turn away free booze from the Z-man.
"It'll be -fine-. The evidence will be gone and we'll sleep it off and everything will be just great. So stop freaking out, kay dude? It's so not you and it's kinda creepy when you do that."

"is NOT..." he protested, and then looked more thoughtful. He really didn't worry aloud, this MIGHT be creepy. That was kind funny too.
He chuckled into the bottle neck and then took another drink.
"Hey... Dem?" He said tipping his chin up and swaying very slightly from side to side as he tried to keep his focus.

Demy tilted his own head to glance down at Z, even reaching over to give a quick poke to his nose.

He really shouldn't be taking advantage of this. Z was obviously drunk. He...he really shouldn't be taking advantage of this. But...well nothing was wrong because Z really did care about him right? RIGHT?
So clearly it was okay to enjoy the kiss!
Demy wrapped his own arms around Z's back, leaning into the kiss and returning it with his own. Oh yeah, he could definitely get used to this.

The only problem with leaning into a Drunken Z for -any- reason was... well that he had no real ability (or perhaps desire) to keep upright. As such... he sort of swayed... fell over landing far too close to the edge of the bed, and slid right off of it still clinging to Dem.
"Owwww..." came the half chortled protest at the landing followed by a hale of flat out giggling and snorting.

Well -that- kiss was quickly ruined by a trip to the floor. Yelping in his own protest, the blonde was dragged down right beside Z. At least it wasn't -on top- of Z. That would have been pretty bad.
But still...this sort of sucked.
"Z....."
He was whining, but it usually worked to get attention.
"Cmon you, back up in bed okay?...."
Demy got to his feet before bending down again to try and drag Z back up onto the soft bed. He'd be more comfortable there!

Pulling Z back up onto the bed was not unlike trying to put a boot on a wet noodle. He sort of oooozed back onto it but not without a few 'attempts' that involved no effort at all on HIS part, to slide back towards the floor and quiet a lot of snickering.
"Mmmmm..." he said sounding much more satisfied when he was at least half back on the bed, and then realized that the bottle was still on the floor, by SOME minor miracle having not lost too much of its contents because it was propped cattycorner against the bed.
"mmmpf..." He rolled to reach for it. "Bottle..." he informed Dem and took a firm hold of Dem's shirt to ensure his balance.

Dear -god- this was hard. It took several attempts but FINALLY he had Z at least partially on the bed and was working on getting the last of his body up there when Z started to move once again.
"Noooo no no Z! Leave the bottle alone, time to lay down!"
He sighed, prying Z off of his shirt and leaning down to retrieve the bottle himself. He made sure to hold it out of Z's reach.
"Get comfy on the bed and maybe I'll let you have another sip. Maybe."

"Nooo...no maybe its mineeee..." he reached for it again and gave up sulking and flopped back down onto the bed.
"hmmph..." he grumped initially... and then grumbled. "hot..." and shorted with irritation.
Lousy day, REALLY lousy day, tricked by a SECRITARY...even if she was really a queen, and then KHAL... and he -still- didn't know what he was going to -tell- her, and NOW Demy was holding the booze AND he was hot.
Life was just utterly...not...fair.

And they fought. He really didn't want to fight with Z -again-.
"How about you drink some ice water man? Maybe that'll help with the heat..."
Or he could -strip-. Demy had to smirk at that idea.

"... could put ice IN the drink..." He said arching his eyebrows like he'd just come up with the most brilliant plan EVER...
"MmmYES! Ice -in- the drink...Pleeeasseeeeee?" He did his best 'angelic' expression... it was awful, and besotted-ly bleary.
"Please?... please please?"
He waited for, perhaps a second before looking frustrated and sighing. "Hmmph..." he declared again and then started fumbling with his t-shirt, managing to get one arm free and somehow knotting himself in the rest, getting it partly over his head and then pausing confused on if he'd been getting into it, or out of it.
"... help?"

Even if it wasn't okay, TOO BAD! Though that angelic look was pretty convincing...but nope nope nope he was -not- giving in.
Urk...Z wanted help with his shirt? Oh god he shouldn't be helping, oh -god- he should just leave and let Z get sober again...
....
"Sure!"
Rather than leave, Demy reached over and wrestled with Z's shirt a moment before helping the shorter boy pull it off.
"Better?...."
The view certainly was at least.
