Call Me Apple Have you received money with something religious on it? Aside from the standard "In God we trust." That's on every piece of American currency, I can't say that I have. But then again, I don't live in a very religious state.

I found a 100$ bill on the ground once, picked it up, and it was one of those trick ads some churches lay on the ground. They make it look like money when it is really an ad to join a church. crying I think you got Church Roll'd. gonk It'd be nicer for someone to just write a neutral inspirational message. They're not pushing any view on you, it's just a nice little message to make you smile.

I think if they want to advertise, they shouldn't do it in that way. Maybe hand outs or whatever you could do but I hate the idea of constant billboards saying "Trust God".undefined

I haven't seen the bills with Wheres George stickers for a while.
I wouldn't do it. It defaced the dollar bill. Now all we need is advertisements on our dollar bills to pay for the national debt -_-

Now I understand that people are religious and that they are proud to be religious my only issue with marking on the money is, sometimes people don't want to be bombarded with the same message, and this may seem like it is being shoved down your throat.
The second issue, whomever you give that money to may think that you marked it, even if you didn't so if you don't agree with the message, you may not appreciate giving it out.

my friend Topher pulled the $1 out and lit lit his lighter over it, saying that you can't burn a dollar bill. he said that thatwas his point about why america is the way it is. i lit the bill on fire, and he got so happy. so we burned a 20, and then we started making plans of buying land of our own and just doing our own thing, making our own laws, or not having laws at all.

There's a wee tribe in the Urewera's who've been carrying on like they were their own little country for a number of years. There was great controversy when their community was raided by armed police in an anti-terrorism thingamy. Tuhoe Buy a secluded island chief, then it can be your own country...as long as it's not already one lol

Tuhoe Buy a secluded island chief, then it can be your own country...as long as it's not already one lol that's definately interesting dear, but i would rather not be so conspicuous about it. especially after reading that horrid story about such staunch resistance against independancy. these wars are never easy or pretty, no matter how beautiful the end result after clean-up... if i can get a nation of my own in more peacefull way, you can bet i'll take it. and Shan has told me some nice plan that i am not at liberty to talk about.

my local grocery store puts a colored mark on every 20 i pay them!
