Deil Grist Cobra_X Yeah, when the Kage Bunshin is dispelled, the user gets the unused chakra back, but it still costs them the 7 pts it costs to perform the B-rank jutsu.
False, because if this was the case, then Naruto's strategy of against Neji wouldn't have worked. Neji thought that Naruto was the one hiding outside the masses of clones, when really he was mixed in with the rest. But, since the chakra is distributed evenly, he couldn't tell. If what you say is true, then every time Neji killed a clone, then the real Naruto would have glowed brighter with more chakra, and given him away. But the fact is, you lose the chakra when the clone is destroyed. That's why Neji was fooled. That's also why Kakashi doesn't use the technique often.
...what do you think of our Basic/Basic elemental Bunshin deliberations though?

I think that elemental clones should only be able to perform jutsu of their respective elements, and that the clones can be charged with chakra up to your rank (check the "levels of chakra usage" topic in the jutsu section, except that Jonin can only make clones up to B rank, and Sannin/Kage to A rank). No elemental clone can have over an A rank of chakra, but the clones have the same chakra control as the original user.
That's what I think we should do. What do you think?

Elemental Clones:
- Can attack at 1/10 power of the user. Poofs on hit.
- Can use up to a B-rank of chakra to produce. (A-rank at Sannin/Kage)
- Clone can use 1 jutsu that the RPC knows, but can only use a jutsu up to the amount of chakra used to create it, and only of the same element as was used to create it.
- Any jutsu used by a clone is 1/2 as powerful as normal.
- If a jutsu is performed, the clone poofs shortly after.
Are we in agreement on this?

Well, there are certain clones like some of the doton ones that are slower, but stronger. So therefore that wouldn't fit all the clone types.
