The girl waved lightly to the adult, a blush crossing her cheeks and trying to push away the shyness at the strangers. So, she turned back to Layla and moved closer to the girl, just silently watching everything for a moment.
She was about to speak up again when another knock was made, and she turned to see who else might come.

Reyn made a bit of a face. Who cared about hair? Turning to the other boy he grinned. "Uh... All?" He replied with a shrug. "Dunno. I told Poxi that anyone old enough could come and we'd have lots of fun. Leaning to the side slightly to peak behind Albin he grinned. "Cool wings!"
A knock on the door startled Reyn, making him nearly jump out of his skin. "Eh heh.. I'll get it!" he proclaimed to the group before dashing to the door. Popping the door open, he waved at the pair waiting in front of him. "Hi!"
Lisa nodded back at Layla, kindly not speaking the 'Yeah, right.' that was on the tip of her tongue. Standing up with a stretch she stared at the group of kids. "Alright guys. I'll be in the back. Clean up any mess you make, and try not to be too noisy," she lectured. Peering at them thoughtfully, Lisa tried to think of anything else she should mention. Shaking her head at the kids, she gave a wave. "Have fun," she finally said, heading towards her room in the back.

Layla's stomach grumbled. "Is anyone else hungry?" she asked. "We could order pizza or something?" she added, since that was one of the norms in her household. That and fruit. Her dad didn't really cook. Like, at all. In fact, the closest that Layla had ever gotten to home cooked food was a sandwich.
She'd gotten good at making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

"Thanks, yours are neat tool," Albin returned the compliment before Reyn went to answer the door. It looked like far less than the invited ' everyone' had shown up but more girls than boys had come, Albin noted upon the appearance of Verali. Though they lived on the same grounds he hadn't much played with the other girl yet and didn't know her much better than any of the others here.
"I'm a bit hungry," he admitted. "I don't care what we eat" Albin was pretty far from being a picky eater to begin with and he figured that a bunch of other kids like him would enjoy the same things too.

Verali bid a goodbye to her father and entered the house, smiling at all of the other kids. Wow, that was a lot! And she didn't know most of them!
"Hi there!" she greeted before laughing a bit and flicking her tail, "Ooh, Pizza? What's that?"

Reyn shut the door behind the girl, turning to his friends with a smile. "Ohhh. Pizza sounds good." He hadn't really thought much beyond the treats for the sleepover. Pizza as a meal sounded yummy though.
"We could get extra extra cheese," he added with an even bigger grin. This was going to be the best sleepover ever.

Saar jumped into the conversation at the mention of pizza, grinning and moving closer toward Reyn and the pizza conversation.
"As long as there aren't any with fish!" She claimed as she wrinkled her nose in a cute manor, her eyes moving to glance at it before laughing, "But extra cheese is fun! 'Specially when it bunches on one side!"
She giggled at the picture of opening the box and seeing the melted cheese bunched to one side because the box was tilted. Man, how Saige always got angry at that.
"But no fish!!" She added again, just to make sure, and as an afterthought added a pout to her lip as well.
