Owwin decided that the pokemon had had enough excitement for one day, his wallet was taking a beating, it did every time he took pokemon with him on business. Tyranitar had found some blackglasses it wanted, Gengar found some razorfangs it decided would help it in pranks, Ninetails had found a thick club that it would later bury or chew or god knows what, and they all had other knick knacks and items that were putting him in the poor house.
He sent them to their pokeballs as he overheard some younger trainers mentioning Celebi and Lugia. He had done research on both species, but only in the wild, and with their limited numbers it was difficult to research the health and norms of either.
"Hile trainers. I hate to interrupt, but I couldn't help to overhear that you are legend hunters. I'm Professor Nimmo. I've done a little research on each species myself."

With the flash of the camera, Pichu was startled. He started shooting off sparks everywhere, most of them attracted to Mamoswine, being the bigger object. "Mammo?" it said, unaware of the electric shocks. A ricochet spark hit Violet's camera, frying it. "Uh oh... I hope the Lugia picture wasn't in there..." he said, spotting Owwin coming close.
He turned to face him, raising a brow. "The legendary Celebi? What do you know?!" he asked, completely forgetting about Violet.

Having missed the S.S. Aqua before it left port (And not having a ticket anyways), Leviathan had finally caught up with the docked ship, carrying Hashire on it's back. Noticing a huge amount of people around the boat, he thought it best not to be a spectacle and had Leviathan 'park' in a spot by the docks out of the line of sight of the mob. Jumping off of Leviathan's back, Hashire thanked it for the long ride of manual labor and returned it to it's container.
"Alright then. Let's see what's different in this region."
He said that, despite doing research and knowing what to expect. He had tailor bred his current team just for the Johto trek.
He let Golem out of it's ball so he could watch it move, and started moving towards the crowd.

"Now don't get too excited. They are rare, many people dedicate their lives just to see one, much less catch one." Owwin put his chin into the crook of his hand for a moment and thought. "There used to be one that frequented Ilex forest, but something must have happened, because no cameras have sighted it for a few months. I do know they like forested areas, and they never show up in areas where there is a lot of tension." Owwin noticed that the other trainer's camera had been fried, by the pichu. "You know you can get belongings insured with vacation insurance here. Just in case of accidents like that."

Violet stammered at Ota for a few seconds. She stared at her camera, and at Ota, who was now deeply immersed in conversation with the Researcher that approached them. "I......ugh" Violet grabbed Mime Jr. and he climbed up to her shouder, and stood like a pirate on a mast. "I...All I know was all the Celebi spottings have been near or around the Forest Ilex. It's down by Goldenrod. They're having a Convention or something" Violet said, as she walked away from the two.
Violet found an empty table in front of a resturatunt, and laid her camera down on the table. She let Alakazam out of his Pokeball. "Anything you can do?" Violet asked, trying to hold back tears. Some of her best pictures were on that camera.
Alakazam stared at the fried camera, and it rose into the air. The parts started coming to pieces, to Alakazam could have a better look. She sighed, and sat with her head in her hands, glancing up at the trainers walking through the streets.

Ota felt really bad about letting Violet alone like that. He waited for Owwin to finish, thanked him, and made his way towards her; but not before nabbing Pichu and Mamoswine in itheir Pokeballs. He quickly found her, and walked over to her.
"Hey, I'm sorry..." Ota said, looking at the camera. "You do know that no Psychic can fix that, right? I have an idea." he said, smiling down at her. He looked around in search of a P.C. "Ah!" he grinned, setting Pichu on the table and walking towards the P.C. "Pi...." Pichu looked down, tears welling in its eyes. It jumped to Violet and hugged her.
Ota logged onto the P.C., searching for a Pokemon. He deposited his Mamoswine, and grabbed the Pokeball that appeared. "Alright, watch this." he smiled at her. Ota readied the Pokeball, and then pressed the button; releasing the Pokemon within.
"Rotom!" The Ghost/Electric Pokemon cheered as it erupted from the Pokeball.

"A rotom? What is it going to do? In my experience ghost types only break and fool with electronics." Owwin expected a certain gengar to begin shaking in his pokeball, but he was otherwise preoccupied with his own schemes. "Is he going to raise it from the dead?"

"Watch and learn, Teach!" Ota grinned. "Alright, Rotom. Let's fix this young lady's camera, shall we?" he instructed. "Rotoooooom!" the Pokemon shrieked, it started spinning in place; gathering electricity from the nearby P.C. and laundromat. "Roooooo-" it started; being dramatic on purpose. "...-TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"
Rotom jumped into the pieces of the camera, it fixed instantly. However, a white layer of ectoplasm covered it, and Rotom possessed it. The Camera floated, Rotom started snapping pictures of everything in sight. It giggled, snapping pictures of Pichu; who started zapping Rotom.
The two beings of electricity collided, and Rotom short-circuited. The camera was unharmed, and perfectly fixed. "Alright, get back here... Showoff." Ota rolled his eyes as he retrieved the Pokemon; and then cradling the Pichu.

"That was fascinating. The trainer of one of the rotoms in my keeping told me that it was possible, but it would never do it in front of people. I am impressed. You have quite the little technomancer."

"Thanks, Teach. The name is Ota. It took me a long time to train it to do so; but I don't use it a lot..." he grinned, calming down Pichu. "You interested in my Rotom?"

Hashire sits on Golem, who stopped rolling, watching the denizens interact with each other. He was mildly impressed with the show the Rotom had displayed. He knew Rotom could posses and take the properties of electronic devices, but he didn't know it could be put to use outside of pranks.

"I could probably get some footage later. As for now I am more interested on why you choose Celibi as your mark." Owwin let his Slowking out of his ball. "If you don't mind Ota, Soloman sort of records things for me. They don't move fast, but they have minds like steel trapinches."

Zephy waded through the street vendors, Bulbasaur gawking from her shoulder at all the new sights and smells. One sold colorful stickers, another fruits and vegetables of sizes and shapes she couldn't believe came out of the ground, and still another meticulously polished premium battle items. She stopped to examine a clothier's selection, wistfully running her hands over the soft fabric of a silky white scarf, then sighing as she eyed the 40,000 Poke price tag. She settled for a cheap hemp anklet with a charm shaped like a Pokemon she hadn't seen before - must have been a local one.
She got a complementary tourists' map from the Pokemon Center and fed Bulbasaur some leftovers while she decided on the quickest way to her destination; seemed like it would be through a forest named Ilex.
"Great," Zephy grumbled to herself. "Wonder what kinds of bug Pokemon this region will have." In an especially sadistic gesture - Zephy hated bugs - she moved the ball marked 'Dragonite' to the front of her belt.
Well, that was enough of a big city she didn't have the money to enjoy. Zephy threw one last glance in the direction of the luxurious silky scarf, then followed the crowds to the Gym to brush up on popular Johto strategies.

Having stockpiled on supplies from the Battle Frontier of his home region, Hashire found little at the gift shop that he thought would be practical to get. After a little more browsing and people watching, he overheard some random natives talk about Olivine's Gym leader being back in town for the event of the S.S. Aqua's arrival. As it was his goal to win the Johto League, he decided it would be a good idea to go check it out. Pulling out a document that had his research recorded, he noted that Olivine's Gym specialized in Steel. He asked a few locals how to get to the gym, and was about to set off when a small trinket in the Gift Shop window caught his eye. It was a little necklace that had what reminded him of a tiny Cobble Badge as the focal point. He thought this would be a nice gift to give upon returning home, so he purchased it and went on his way to the Gym, with Golem rolling along at his side.
