Hahah... unfortunately, I do not have the scientific answer... or the right answer for that matter. I believe it is most if not all psychological. I mean, these hormones make us feel a certain way, and from there we take it psychologically since we'll be thinking about our feelings and stuff.. idk if i am making any sense here lol... so like, for example, when we over think things, we tend to over react, when it is all just in our head

Nowadays, since I don't have much to do and I'm not working out, I would just lay in bed for a few hours xDD

Got up so early today cause I had to take my little niece to school. That air feels good though. Nice and cool. :]
