The legal definition of rape: the penetration of the p***s into the a**s or v****a. (However, in cases when a woman rapes, that changes somewhat)
So, forced sexual acts that does not include intercouse is called Sexual Assault.

Agreed.
Molestation is when sexual acts are attempted at others that are unwilling to accept it.
Sexual Harassment is when any specific gesture or physical/verbal act is directed towards someone specifically and they aren't wanting to accept.
Rape is any forced sexual intercourse. Man or woman.
Sexual Assault is when you are forcing any type of sexual action that isn't really intercourse.
Those are what I know, and if i'm wrong please correct me. How forcing oral sex sounds, it's sexual assault.

Its not rape, its sexual assault. I think this because even though its not assault directly, its a sexual act by force.. Its not rape because its not intercourse. Its not sexual harassment because it was done. Either way its not right, Its all looked at the same..
