ON THE CIVILIAN:

I really like his hobbies. The last one DOES NOT KILL US reads like a trait though about preseverance right now. Maybe tweak it to focus on how he enjoys physical activity -- even if it's hard -- as part of his recovery process? This is a minor note, really. Given the focus on racing/driving in his profile, I think you might consider including it as one of his hobbies as well.

I would take out the mention of senshi/negas in his virtues and flaws. My general rule of thumb is for people to write the civilian side almost as if the character does not have a powered alter-ego. You want Falco to stand alone without Realgar. So for HOLD THE LINE, I'd snip that bit about trapping senshi, for example, to keep the focus on his general steadfast qualities.

Punctuality is written really nicely, but I think you need a little more oomph with it. These should be his four most significant virtues -- being on time to places is too simple! I think you can make this about him have a sense of manners/appropriateness/no bullshit that means he isn't going to waste people's times or break promises -- even simple ones like showing up when you tell someone you're going to be there. This is not a stamp-breaking note though. Just more of a bit of advice.

I'd delete the BLINDED BY THE FUZZ bit. That isn't really a character trait, per se, but more of a quirk. In any case, I think you can define that reaction through RP and don't need to explicitly state it, especially not when it makes it a fifth flaw sort of.

ON THE NEGA:

The weapon looks good, but I'd cut the bit about 'extra equipment.' Just like we ask senshi not to carry around AK47s or kitchen knives, we ask that Negas don't just carry things that would make them continuously have the upper hand. They have their weapon and youma, nothing else -- even something as simple as dish soap.

I normally don't read the extraneous information in people's profiles, but I happened to see the bit you have about Falco having faster than normal reaction times. I would recommend adding that in under a RACING hobby, much like someone who kickboxes and has an extra fighting edge would do.
