Lady Psycho Sexy If it was a mishap at Bill's, the Pokeball had probably not been programmed to deal with something like this and will short circuit and stop working. Laws of mechanics, no harmful interference, gotta accept interference, you know. Couldn't exactly mangle her. XD So the pokeball doesn't recognize it and gives up? Lazy a** pokeball. I wanted to catch a trainer. "Go Haru, send out your Garevoir!" Like nesting dolls.

One reason why I haven't joined yet is that I'm used to being, err, Pokemorphs, if you know what that is.
I always wondered. Pokemorphs are like half human right? What if you hit one with a pokeball. Humans can't get caught, pokemon can. Would it like, rip their skin and their other pokemon like parts from them? Little morbid, but just a thought. EDIT: Well the mafia is about having your pokemon kidnapped. You would have to have something to be kidnapped I think.
Oh, this has been answered before. Depending on what idea of Pokemorphs you go with. :3
Since they're half-human, it's more of a torture method, since a Pokeball pretty much atomizes your Pokemon. Since a Pokemorph's structure is different, it doesn't exactly work, so it causes a large amount of pain. The Pokeball will keep trying to catch them until it shorts-out. When it does, the Pokemoprh is obviously hurt, but no long term damage.
As it goes, PokeBalls don't hurt as much, the pain goes up with the ball type, with Masterballs causing instant death because it's impossible for it to short out. Pretty sure prolonged use with Greatballs and Ultraballs will cause death too. Can't remember.
I pretty much stick by what this website's explanation was, since it seemed the most logical, for an impossible situation.

Perhaps more notable than firearms, however, is the ban of capture balls; Pokeballs, Great Balls, Ultra Balls, Master Balls, and any other ball designed to hold a Pokemon. Although capture balls are unable to hold Pokemorphs, they can be the single most harmful weapon to a 'morph. If a Pokemorph is hit by a Pokeball, the ball will indeed activate, reacting to the Pokemon DNA, but will be unable to successfully complete the matter to energy conversion. Visually, a bystander would see the Pokemorph turn red and semi-transparent, as the Pokemorph becomes stuck between pure matter and pure energy. Needless to say, the experience is incredibly painful and completely paralyzing.
Fortunately, however, a standard Pokeball will short out after 8.3 seconds, which destroys the Pokeball, and returns the Pokemorph to his normal state, though more than likely stunned and aching. A Great Ball would put considerable force on the Pokemorph as well, and not short out for 14.6 seconds. Not only is a Pokemorph converted between matter and energy, but the process of being absorbed begins before the ball shorts out. The process of having one's matter compressed often leaves a Pokemorph hospitalized and/or slightly disfigured. Ultra Balls take 21.8 seconds before shorting out, and exert enough force to seriously disfigure or kill a Pokemorph. A Master Ball, the most powerful and rare of the capture balls, is designed with internal mechanisms that prevent the ball from shorting. The result on a Pokemorph is, without exception, lethal, tearing the Pokemorph apart at the molecular level, and reducing them to their base elements, mostly Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Carbon.

I dunno. I did it when it wasn't popular, so I kinda stuck with being them. When done right, they're pretty cool characters to be.
Plus, it wasn't any fun, in the roleplays I was in, to be a Trainer.
That and they can talk to Pokemon.

Master balls are ******** sneetches from The Dark Tower! I wish I lived in a world full of pokemorphs and was a human with a bunch of cloned masterballs. I could be the ******** Crimson King. Cept, you know, sane.

I haven't finished reading the current Dark Towers. D: I can't find the first one, it's somewhere in my house.
I don't think Bill would count though, considering he turned into a full Pokemon, not just some freak thing. xD
I'll probably just be a human.
