That was a shattered camera in her calf. Cancer gave something of an annoyed grunt as the camera-toting-midget smashed his hand into her leg. What the hell?
Well obviously he wasn't a youma; because youma didn't use props, right? and then there was the issue of the strange girl who had called it-- well Cancer was just plan confused.
She rolled away, her hands moving in a familiar gesture; "Guarding barrier!" She threw the barrier toward the cardian, intending to trap him so that the women in the shop could get to safety.
"Fallon! Did you just stab that guy with a needle??" Her voice was amused.

With everything going on, Fallon still picked up on the strange girl's comment about her hair. Was there something wrong with it? There was little time to do anything about it just then, but the thought was a mosquito buzzing around her head.
When the knitting needle found purchase, Fallon gasped. She had wanted to attack, had set her mind on it, but she was still surprised by the success of the move. The surprise only grew when the little man began to vomit pictures all over the place. Cancer might have taken the brunt of the broken camera, but Fallon attracted most of the cutting squares. She threw up her hands in front of her face at the last moment and took the majority of slashes across the tender skin of her forearms.
Stumbling backward, Fallon pedaled on hands and knees toward the door and away from the monster. "Sailor Cancer?" she spat out, wincing as the barrier magic was unleashed. She had no idea what it was, and last time they met, Cancer hadn't handed out this particular party favor.
Fallon was breathing heavily, eyes wide. She glanced up to Cancer, then to the monster, then to her hand. "I stabbed it," she said, dumbly. And then: "Where's Abeline? The girl with the long blue hair?" The sailor in front of her looked nothing like her friend, but neither did any of the scattered citizens collapsed on the floor.
The sight of the bodies brought her attention back to the monster, and she scooted back several inches. She had stabbed it, but it still attacked. What would it take to kill it?

-Strange sounds, abrupt consonants, poured from the little Cardian as he tried to make sense of what was going on. He was already disoriented from the pain throbbing through his head, and he couldn't move now? He stumbled to the point of being unable to move, camera hands pushing against the magical barrier that he didn't seem to realize was even there.
The lights were SO bright. The world around him was swimming. Screams.. though they seemed to be getting quieter. Movement blurring his already double vision. Energy.. he had to get energy for his mistress.
He shook the little hand with the broken lens, it wouldn't work. He lifted the other instead. Click.... click.. random pictures, frantically trying to catch anything even though he couldn't quite see it all anymore.
Pictures.. pictures. His camera hand pressed against the barrier, pressed and then suddenly, a soft cracking could be heard.-
"Shuu.. uta" - The soft groan sounded as suddenly.. inexplicably the little man poofed in a flash of light, leaving behind in his place only a strange card with a darkened center.-
