Labyrinth Shredder http://www.geocities.com/labyrinth_shredder/littlesolo1.mp3I thought you guys might want to know what the captain of the guitar guild sounded like, so here's just a little improvised solo i whipped up real quick just to give you an idea. The part at the beginning I played twice on two tracks as opposed to using a harmonizer or something like that. If you have any questions or anything about recording it or somthing like that, just let me know. Man.. you can go crazy fast. I heart the guitar screams as well. Question for you.. Did you have to buy specific software to record?

Here's something i did in about 3 minutes.
its basically 2 guitar tracks, on about half of the lead track , i used an octaver (Tony iommi style , lol)

Did you have to buy specific software to record? Thanks smile Well, I recorded it directly through my Fostex 8-track recorder and then transfered it, via memory card, to the computer. When on the computer i can usually use any kind of wave editing program since the sound quality is usually pretty good from the Fostex. You can pretty much find all sorts of wave editing programs, whether they are demos or freeware. Just search on google if you are looking for something, I suppose.

TrbledSol666 Awesome, they sound great. Thanks man, I've been listening to a lot of Ron Jarzombek (watchtower, spastic ink) solos and Racer X so I guess it's kind of a hybrid of those two, heh.
