Passion_Dragon Ebony Beauty Black_Ronin hmmm i have to check the door before i got to sleep, the t.v has to be on, and the door HAS to be closed or else i will never be able to sleep I remember when I couldn't sleep with the door closed, it had to be open. Now that I moved downstairs it has to be closed.
I just rememebered I can't sleep without a blanket, even if it is like eighty degrees I have to be wrapped around a blanket. [I like to have a blanket too. I feel "exposed" when sleeping without one, but I don't necessarily have to have it around me all the time. razz ] i feel the same way!!! a sheet doesnt suffice either

I'm not afraid of the dark unless I keep hearing strange noises. Most of the time it doesnt bother me

[And if you were a Pitt Bull, a Doberman Pinscher or a Rottweiler, maybe a robber/trespasser might be deterred from entering. xd
Seriously though, I wish I knew my neighbors well enough to make an assumption about their character. But ah, well, what are you going to do?? An acquaintance of mine has lived in a "really" nice neighborhood for years and barely knows the people across the street from her. neutral ]

I remember when I was younger like 4 or 5 i would always go into my parents room with a pillow and blanket at hand and sleep on the floor. My logic was that if anything did try and get me my parents would be able to hear me scream. 11 years later I'm no longer scared. I don't have any ritual. Now I kind of embrace the darkness when I go to sleep. All I have on is my wonderful jazz music. Mmm...smooth jazz...

My Yard is always getting trashed and vandalised. I gave up on letting my grass grow and keeping my garden alive. sad

I have no rituals. I check my alarm clock to make sure it's set, but that's about it.
However, I do love to have a good blanket.

I have to sleep with my door closed. At nightwhen my mom comes home from work she cecks on me and my brothers. If she leaves my door open no matter what time it is i'll wake up and close it. Even if if steaming hot in my room i still can't stand having it open.

When we first moved, I slept with my light on. But normally, I like the darkness better. I like the little theater light I have in my ceiling, though. It makes a nice soft, yellow light that's not so bright it keeps me up. whee ]
