Takoda smiled at his comment about tackling her under the water "Bring it" she laughed and stomped her right front hoof in the water, pawing at it, admiring the stallion more since he was now a bit more playful, she was good at bringing the fun out in a Soquili, not many could stay grumpy with her infectious good nature.
Eying Janus, and frwning a little when he mentioned the monster fish again, she looked around but couldn't see anything "i don't think there IS a monster fish, i think you're just playing with me" she called out, sending a big wave of water towards him, just after she had done that, something tugged at her tail, and she squealed, jumping up she tried to take off, flapping her wings strongly but they were soggy and she couldnt fly "HELP!" she yelled, fmubling towards the shore, away from the shadowy 'thing' under the water

Janus takes one step toward Takoda with a wicked grin that grew even more wider when he could see the shadow moving up behind Takoda with a glimmer of blue eyes peering at him curiously. "Oh trust me, there is a monster fish lurking around here like you are go-" He snickers little bit as the orca mersoquili reaches out and tugged on Takoda's tail.
"One thing you need to know about me.." He smirks at Takoda widely as he moves toward to 'rescue' the damsel in distress. "I never lie about things." He practically purred the words out while he playfully splashes some water toward Takoda with one of his front hooves. "Look behind you, sugar."  (makes short appearance, only few posts) The mersoquili was trailing near Janus for the most of the day, being bored since Janus told her that they will get some time to chat later on today. Occasionally, she would try to splash Janus to provoke him into chasing her further into her OWN element but most of her efforts is futile since he promptly ignored her. With a huff, she swims down to the bottom of the lake to eat her fill on the fish and in midchew, Sabine cocks her head to side as she sees a wind mare prancing more deeper into the lake.
With a graceful and strong push of her tail, Sabine slowly swims up behind the wind mare and peers out at Janus whom gave her a discreet wink which is a signal for Sabine to be mischievous. Monster Fish? I will have to kill Janus soon. Sabine thought to herself as she playfully tugged on Takoda's tail and disappearing into the lake just in case Takoda tried to kick with her backlegs. Snickering softly, Sabine swims over to Janus and allows her head poke out of the water peering at Takoda. "Hi there."

Takoda snorts in slight annoyance when a strange looking Soquili popped her pretty head out of the water, glaring a little at Janus "YOU, you knew that is was another Soquili all along didn't you?!" she said stamping a hoof, but ended up splashing herself again, flicking her forelock out of her eyes she smiled, "pretty good joke Janus, you got me there" she said with a giggle.
Bending her head a little in respect to this new mare she said kindly "hello, that was a good trick you and Janus played on me, you certainly terrified me for a minute, i'm sorry if i might have kicked out at you" she apologised, taking a few steps towards Janus and the mare, not quite realising that the mare wasnt a regular Soquili but knowing something was different about her

Janus tries not to snicker as he watches Takoda glaring at him and Sabine while splashing herself unintentionally when she stomped her own hoof and he struggles not to laugh at her. "I did warn you that there is a monster fish out there." He says with a perfect deadpan voice which contradicts with laughter dancing in his green eyes. "Next time, you better believe me uh?" He glances at Sabine with a smirk. "Thank you, princess for going along with this."
The unicorn moves to the lake shore since he could see the gleam in Sabine's eyes which spells out trouble for him if he remains in the water. "That's why I keep Sabine around. Those fishes I rescue..." He smirks at Takoda, knowing that he is going to get beat up for this comment. "Goes directly to Sabine's stomach." He shakes his legs out as he finally felt the hard dry ground under his hooves.
Sabine eyes Janus thoughtfully, mentally debating on pulling him to center of the lake then drag him to the bottom of the lake and let him go. She smirks as she watches Janus wisely backs away from her and she looks over at Takoda, dipping her head little bit under the water obviously mimicking Takoda's head bow. "Thank you. And It's okay. It is instinctual to lash out at whatever scared you from behind." She murmurs softly as she raises her tail out of the water and slaps the surface of the water causing some dazed fishes to float up to the surface. "I am Sabine.." She introduces herself as she takes one dazed fish into her mouth and starts chewing on it.
The mersoquili is not aware that Takoda haven't met one of her kind before as she kept her tail swaying in the air, enjoying the cool breeze against her skin. Her pale blue eyes watches Takoda as she spits out the fish bones. "You fly?" She inquires Takoda.

Takoda grins at Janus' amusement, dipping her mouth under water she grabs a mouthful of water, smiling to disguise it she started towards Janus, intending to spout the water at him since he had retreated to land.
Flicking her wings upwards to dry them off she headed back towards Janus on the shore, wondering a little why the mare in the water was lying down in the shallows, suddenly a tail popped up, slamming down and stunning some fish, her mouth gaped open spoiling her trick, "You have a TAIL?!" she exclaimed, clearly never having seen a MerSoquili before, "WOW" she said moving forwards to examine her, curious as a foal.
Realising that the mare had spoken she blinked and replied, "um, yeah i can fly...when my wings aren't dripping wet" she smiled, eyeing Janus, "she is NOT a monster fish, she's a Soquili, thats mean calling her what she eats" she said grinning, then moving towards Sabine again trying to get a good look at her overall

Janus eyes Takoda warily when she dipping her muzzle under the water and he narrows his eyes at her suspiciously while he refuses to budge from the dry land. His unicorn tail sways back and forth as he watches Takoda's eyes go wide when she spotted Sabine's tail and he exchanged an amused look with Sabine.
"Hm... of course she is a monster fish, Takoda." Janus tries not to smile as he watches her with a perfect deadpan voice. "She have a fish tail and she lives under the water. She couldn't even walk on the land unless she uses her front legs to drag herself around but her skin will dry out under the sun." A little smirk appears as he tells Takoda those things.
Sabine exchanged an amused glance when water literally dropped from Takoda's mouth while she sways her tail back and forth in the tail so Takoda could inspect it more closer. She swallows some of the fish as she uses her front leg to sweep the stunned fish more closer to her while she looks up at Takoda with her light blue eyes. "Mmm...that I could tell." She eyes Takoda's wings with a smile as she allows her tail drop back under the water after few minutes of it 'standing' in the air.
"Why thank you for defending me." Sabine says with amusement evident in her voice as she munches on other fish while her eyes moves from Takoda to Janus then back. "And plus its his nickname for me. I don't know the exact reason why he calls me that but.." She shrugs her shoulders delicately while she runs her muzzle across the water to 'wash' the fish down.

Takoda grinned "can i touch your tail? it looks soo smooth" she enquired of the Mer, she pouted a little "she's not a fish! she's a soquili, she's warm, fish are cold" she said to Janus, moving towards the pair of them, giggling she dipped her muzzle under the water briefly again, coming back up with a big grin, and she moved swiftly towards Janus, tossing the water out of her mouth all over Janus, "got you" she laughed, eyes sparkling with the joys of playing, she bent to Sabine, "get him" she whispered

Sabine chuckles softly as she watches Takoda and Janus's exchange of words and she quirks her eyebrow at the mare curiously when being inquired to touch her tail. Her blue eyes meets Janus' green eyes briefly and she seems to be satisfied with Janus' silent answer so she raises her tail out of the water, moving it closer to Takoda. "I am cold to touch just like fishes are." She grins lightly at Takoda and looks toward the ocean where she could see a small black blob that is her brother. "I live under the water all of the time so technically I can be a fish." She murmurs softly to the wind female.
The mersoquili gawks at Takoda in stunned surprise when she spat out the water at Janus before she blinks at Takoda's two words. "At least I can swim faster.." She mutters to herself as she swims up to the shoreline, turning around and used her tail to completely drench Janus with cold water. "Its nice meeting you, Takoda! I hope we can do this again!" She smiles at the wind mare quickly then she disappears under the water, fleeing toward the ocean.
Janus watches Takoda move toward Sabine and smirks dryly at the mare's comment. "She is a monster fish. I am not going to debate with you on that. She lives in water, she have fish tail and she eats fish." He curtly says, eyeing Takoda warily when she dipped her muzzle to the water once again. "Don't you.. AWK!!" He felt the water being spat at his face by the wind mare and he emits a whinny of surprise while dancing backward with a glare aimed toward her. "You are going to regret it." He takes a step forward when Sabine comes up to the shorline, looking neutral which sets alarms off in his head.
"Sabine..." He grumbles as he shakes his head in warning, knowing that Sabine will always be in her element and will be able to outrun/swim him without breaking a sweat. He takes another step forward with his horn aimed toward Sabine's body but he found himself coughing and spluttering for air when a 'wave' of water completely covered him. After few minutes of couging and hacking, he finds that Sabine have fled before he had a chance to attack her. "That stupid monster fish.." He says raspily.

(thats ok, people have lives ^^ .. lol)
Takoda grinned "ok ok, you're a monster fish" she giggled after she had sent the water over Janus "oh yeah? regret what big boy, oh defender of fishes that get eaten" she giggled turning and trotting away a little sideways, keeping her eye on him, not entirely sure of his intentions yet, though he had seemed to warm a little compared to earlier.
When Sabine slapshed a wave of water over Janus, completley drenching him, she couldnt contain herself and rolled on the grass, laughing her head off, hooves flailing in the air in utter hysterics, in between gasps of laughter she said "hahaha... how will ... hahaha how will you get HER back...hahaha!"

Janus narrows his striking green eyes at Takoda as she literally collapsed on the grass in hysterics and he rolls his eyes at her, genuinely annoyed at the moment. "I will get her back eventually." He grumbles as he moves away from the lake to minimalize the chances of him getting drenched again. "But you on other hand..." He flashed her a dangerous grin if she ever looked at her. "I can easily catch." He purrs in soft and almost enticing voice.
But that temporary teasing facade disappeared and the cool/icy exterior appears, Janus regards Takoda with cool admiration since she seems to be so full of life and laughter which he thinks the usdia pair needs. "I am going to graze in my meadow..." He eyes the mare warily while knowing he probably will regret the next question that comes out of his mouth. "Will you join me, Takoda?"

Takoda recovered from her hysterics, getting up, still giggling she flicked an ear towards Janus, giving him a cheeky smile in return to his flashing grin. She pranced on her hooftips, just waiting for him to come after her, "haha you cant catch me" she laughed, voice tinkling, happy that she was getting his playful side out, though they had met only recently.
She sighed though as he once again regained the cold epression he had when she had first met him. Her ears drooped a little and she slightly sagged in dissapointent that she hadnt been able to keep up his fun side, however she shook that off, smiling at him again, her ears perked though, when he aksed her to join him to graze "oh i'd love to Janus, i'd love to" she said just as her stomach grumbled in its own reply to his question.

Janus regards Takoda's bubbly nature as he shakes his head little bit, knowing that she will probably either wear his nerves down and cause him to snap or wiggle into his soft side and firmly lodge herself there. For his own sake, he certainly hopes its the first option, not the latter. Janus mentally sighs as he shakes his head while watching Takoda with a reculant smile on his face, "Of course I can catch you. You might have wings but I have speed and horn on my side." He comments.
The unicorn noted the signs of disappointment rippling through his new travelling companion and shakes his head just slightly, telling himself that he would need to be more nicer or he will just drive her to the suicide. "All right. Let's go.. its just few minutes away from here." He grunted as he started walking in the direction of the huge grassy land just right ahead of the lake without glancing back to see if Takoda is following him or not.

Takoda coked her head to the side a little and watched him, her wings flutted as if pleased about the mention of them, feathers rustling in response. She grinned and snaked her neck out playfully tugging at his tail before stepping back quickly, opening her wings and taking to the air "speed is good, but only IF you can catch me" she gigled, flying JUST out of range of his horn, just in case he wasn't amused.
Takoda enjoyed being in the air, the freedom was wonderful, and sometimes she forgot herself when she felt low, which was good, because she hated feeling down. Her wings flapped strongly as she flew above Janus, circling him like a Hawk, or some gigantic playful Vulture.
