Ruka watches the baskets as they come closer to him, then he looks back at Adaya. He smiles at her as she saids a pleasure to meet him, He watches her " pleasure to meet you to miss." He looks her up and down then back at the baskets, yes they did look like a wired mix of them. No this could be the mare. She was blue, but it seemed that they lead very different lives. He watches as she tells him her name. "My name is Ruka, you have a pretty name Adaya." He blinks at her 'so what' question to see if she had more to add. He blinks at her when she askes the question about that night. " I would be Honored if you were, you seem to be pretty calm about all this." He breaths relaxing a bit more " What kind of family would we have, I want to involve with my childen and help surport you if you need it and if it is alright."

"Well..." Adaya started. If she was being honest so far, and if he was the father, there wasnt really any reason to lie about the situation. "To tell the truth I'm not really calm about this whole situation. More curious than anything." She paused looking up at the sky, attempting to figure out the best way to word her previous intentions verses her current desires. "I've wanted children for a long time.... Long time..." She was over two years old after all and had never had a mate, or even love interest, before. "But that's all I wanted; and I really only wanted children because other mares had them. Jealousy I guess. I've never had a family, been on my own most of my life." She sighed, turning her gaze to Ruka once more. "But I could never find the right stallion. If I was going to have kids, I wanted beautiful kids. Then one night, a night i dont even remember, I meet a stallion and become pregnant. It was a dream come true for me. Children without having to have a family. But then... Then the children were born." She looked down under herself, realizing the baskets were not there before huffing and gathering them back up under her.

DuskBasket huffs and growls as it's shoved back into the shadow of Adaya. How was it going to figure out it's surroundings if it had to stay with it's mom all the time?

After getting the baskets back under her she smiled softly, watching them, as if mesmerized by their coloring. "They are beautiful." She whispered before looking back to Ruka. "I've only ever called the actual times of day beautiful. I have yet to find anything more so. For my children to be like the one thing I have ever deemed beautiful - Well.... " She trailed off, shifting her weight uncomfortably. She didnt want to continue, but she couldnt stop in the middle, now could she? "I was curious as to who the father was. I thought that if my children could be so beautiful, maybe the father and I were meant to be together. I wanted to know who the father was, thus my journey. I've never had a family, never been around another soquili for more than a day or so - but if I am meant to be with someone, I'm more than willing to start a family... Or try to at least..."

She looked to the ground, silent for a good long while after spilling out her entire reason for her search. For someone that had only used soquili for her entire life she sure was having a hard time accepting Ruka's offer to support her. She needed to at least answer Ruka though, even if she didnt accept his aid right away. "I honestly dont know what type of family we would have; but if you want to help raise the children, be a part of their lives... I wouldnt mind starting one."

Ruka listens to her and feels sad for Adaya he could understand the need to have childen, but without a family how lonely she must have felt. He blinks listening to her talk about finding the right stallion, and how she wanted beautiful kids, then one night they met and she now had what she had been trying to get all along. " I understand your need to have childern, and in time you will find the right stallion someone that truely loves you." He watches her granter their're childen back under her.

Basket: glares at side of the basket, as it is pull back into the shade, it was enjoying the feel of the sun on it. Nickering and wigging from undernath Adaya, trying to find a sibling to cuddle with and feel safe and warm like it did in the heat of the sun, snooting up to bump into Adaya's legs it nickers again

Ruka watches the little golden and blue basket as it bounces again Adaya's legs. He then looks at Adaya as she speaks again, listening to her again he smiles. " Maybe this is fate that we have childen. Your life sounds very lonely. I don't know how you do it, I have always had my family, my mom, father, sister and brother around me as well as my herdmates, including three more mares and two more stallions, my cousins my uncle and a friend and her son. We always had someone to talk too. I would know how to surive all alone. I have never really looked for anyone, mares don't really seem to like me, or maybe I'm just to plain unlike my brother and sister who look more like my father. I used to be jealous of them until I found out that my sister is blind. I feel sorry for her never getting to know our mother the way I can see and stay by her side."

Ruka watches her look at the ground he had to explain his big family and how he was. "Understand I don't know what part to play other then father, I want to help you rise our childern, i don't want them to have a broke home, like my best friend had. So how do we work this out?, I'm pretty easily going."

Adaya raised her hoof as the brown basket bumped into it, thinking it may hurt it's self by doing so. She thought on Ruka's question, playing it over and over in her mind. I don't know what part to play other then father... So how do we work this out? The reality of it was she didnt know what to do. "I honestly dont know how to make it work. I've never had family. I dont know what everyone's susposed to do..." She didnt even know what she was susposed to do other than make sure no harm came to her children.

Snoring sounds could be herd coming from DuskBasket. Apparently the efforts of escaping momma to explore and pouting for not being able to tired it out for a bit.

Ruka watches her " How about this, i will help you out as much as I can, both taking care of the childen and you when you need someone to lean on. That is how a family is surpose to work after all. Or so my mother saids." He watches the darker basket sleep and smiles then looks at the golding which seem to have settled down

basket, wiggles towards the other front leg curls up to it and falls asleep

The third basket had taken all of the shuffling, bumping, and rearranging in stride. It could now, however, take it's siblings falling asleep lightly. Huffing at the snoring noises, the tiny foal rolled it's eyes in the darkness of it's woven home and wiggled out as fast as it could towards the stallion that was apparently it's father. So happy to be closer to the male's warmth and scent, the lightest basket relaxed and also fell asleep. It's been a pretty busy day after all.

Ruka watches the lighter blue basket wiggle over to him again and falls asleep he smiles watching the little one, leaning down carefullly he nuzzles the basket before turning his back to Adaya. He like the feeling of the baskets beening so close to him he made him relax a little bit from his travels away from the village and his family, he wondered if his mother was worried about him or if she was glad that he had left her side.

Adaya thought on Ruka's words. She didnt really want Ruka's help, she viewed it as her using him - something she didn't want to do to someone she hoped to be around more than once. But, if he was instead helping the children, then she wasn't really using him now was she? "If that is how Families are then we can try that." She paused as the dawn colored basket wiggled it's way over to Ruka, the day colored basket fell asleep against her hoof, and Ruka turned to face the way he had come from. "Your family waiting on you?" She asked quietly.

Ruka looks back at Adaya, and smiles " It not that, I'm worried about my mom, worring about me." He then watches the dusk basket wiggle towords him he smiles at it. " So since you have found the father, where are we going to keep these little guys?" he looks at the three of baskets around Adaya and himself
