breaking away from her mental day dream and thoughts she looked up still a tad nervous or something like that she blinked and tried to speak but her voice wasn't loud enough so she coughed and then said "oh um yes, what do you like to do?" 'oh yeah that's a stupid thing to say whats wrong with me?' she did a mental eye roll at herself and took a deep breath trying to regain her composure.

Parker felt his tail twitch behind him. He, for one, had no idea what they could do to pass the time. "Uh, that all depends, really," he answered. When it came to things he liked to do, he liked to be active and play sport-related things. "How about you? What kind of things do you do?" Worse case scenario he figured they could simply walk around and explore the area.

perking her ears up she thought for a moment "well I really like to stay active, running, hunting, playing around, sport type things." she blushed a little wondering if that was weird for a girl to be such a tomboy when it came to being active.

Parker's jaw dropped before he could stop it. Was...was Skye serious? And here he thought vixens weren't into that kind of stuff. Either that or he'd been spending far too much time with his girly sisters, who whined if they so much as got a dirt spot on their paws. "Really? That's kind of awesome," he commented with a returning smile. "Would you like to go for a run then?"

she was still blushing a tad when he looked at her and said that it was kind of awesome. "Really? you think so?" she smiled and her heart gave a defined thump thump "yes I would love to go for a run" she stood up and did a little stretch with her tail and body and her eyes glowing she waited to see what he would say.

"Sure do," Parker agreed with a nod. It wasn't every day he came across a female fox who also enjoyed running around like he did. He, too, participated in a nice stretch, flexing his toes before he shook from head to tail. Afterward, he walked to be at her side. "Don't worry. I'll go easy on you," he teased lightly, his smile widening.

finishing her stretch she waited for him and then got in a low position, ready to run "Oh your so sweet but its you, you should be worried about I'm really fast" she giggled a little and said "are you ready? hope you can keep up. " she hunkered down getting ready to take off.

It was cute that this gal really thought she stood a chance against the king of speed himself. Even though Parker planned to take it easy on Skye, just so she would feel good about herself. "We'll just have to see about that," he challenged, crouching down and lowering his ears. "Ready...steady..." He took an intentional pause and then shouted before taking off, "GO!"

laughing she launched herself after him with amazing speed, he was fast but she would beat him, she pushed herself and made herself go even faster. Leaping over logs and tree roots, foxes or critters in the woods would have been wind swept by them as they sped past. Laughing she continued to run feeling the wind in her fur and the ground under her feet. When she ran it felt like she was flying and it was something she loved to do. As she got a little ahead of him she said "are you sure you can keep up with me? I'm still not at full speed" she giggled again and kept running, weaving in and out of the trees. Her heart pounding in her chest the adrenaline of it.

Parker was quite impressed. His running partner was doing one heck of a job keeping up, and whoa! Did she just pass him?! He looked dumbfounded for a moment as he watched the female fox shoot a few feet ahead. "I'm not so sure anymore!" he called, kicking up his speed by a little so he could be running beside her again. "I guess I'll just have to step up my game!" Having said that, he pushed himself into a final stretch, his paws pounding against the ground as he tore off toward the Senca River.

she smiled and laughed and said "Told you I was fast" she giggled again as she continued to run ahead of him, he called after her and she smiled again and then he kicked his speed up to run beside her again and she looked at him. He was good looking and this running with him was so fun, finally someone who could keep up with her she thought to herself, as they ran the river. "I guess you will" she laughed again enjoying herself.

Despite being one of the fastest runners among the foxes (in his personal opinion), Parker knew there was only so far he could run without taking a break, or at least catching his breath. He intentionally began to slow down, his running falling into a fast jog before dimming into a trot. He panted deeply, yet there was still a smile on his face. "Y-you...you really are fast," he said in between deep breaths.

she slowed down too to trot beside him breathing in slightly heavier breathes she smiled and said "thank you, that means a lot, but your really fast your self" she nuzzled his side a little and then blushed realizing what she had done.

Parker felt breathless, but it was for a very different reason than being tired of running. He had froze a little as Skye nuzzled into him, yet managed to break himself out of it relatively quickly; the male swallowed, feeling his cheeks heat up beneath his fur. "Th-thanks," he managed to say, looking towards the river. "Uhm...are...are you hungry?" He didn't know why, but he suddenly wanted to do something nice for her.

Feeling really warm under fur still she sort of pawed the ground and then when Parker spoke she looked up and her ears perked grasping onto something so she would stop blushing she turned to him and said "um yes a little" she was still warm in her cheeks she could feel it but it was calming down ever so slightly. She thought to herself 'why did I do that all of a sudden?' she shook her head thinking about the thumping in her chest that was not from running.
