Personality: A truly twisted goddess, Lilitu revels in bringing pain and death to everyone and everything. She doesn't have much of a conscience, though she is known to be shrewd and clever, luring in naive and oblivious carousels to their deaths. Anything she lands on and anything around her in a five foot radius withers away. (usually affects plant life and small prey)
Able to change her appearance to that of a pretty female dragon (limited to three hours)
Touching her will cause the victim to succumb to the plague (though why anyone would want to touch her is beyond me but okay)
