Aquarius watched as Taurus leaped into the fray. As the wall went up, she let out a small sigh of relief. Taurus would take care of Yvette. He was her captain. She had trusted him with her life before. She could trust him to handle things now, as he trusted her to take care of the youma, not to mention their Princess.

Guilt didn't play into the equation- at least, not yet. Aquarius was driven by desperation. She had already lost one dear friend to the Negaverse. If they wanted to take another, it would be over her dead body.

Aquarius pushed that less-than-encouraging thought out of her mind and surveyed the area. Speed wouldn't help her much in this situation. Against a tough youma like this, she would need raw power. But aside from the youma itself, there didn't appear to be a surplus of sturdy materials nearby. Making sure to stick near Chronos in case anything happened, she turned around, looking for something that would provide sufficient resistance. "Come on, come on... why don't they have a titanium mailbox or something?"

Yvette scrambled forward, wobbling helplessly as she pressed forward. Had she been in her right mind, she might have noticed the slight slip of tongue from the red caped stranger in front of her. However, she was far from level at the moment. She might have even missed the mark if there had been any pats on the head.

However, there was no "staying there" as the caped boy requested. The earth shook beneath her, and the small girl tumbled down to the ground weakly. She crumbled off of instinct, remembering all of those earthquake drills from her elementary school years. At least something from elementary school stuck. By the time the world stopped shaking, there was a large shadow looming over her. It had already been a cold day, but the temperature almost seemed to drop another few degrees. Blinking uncertainly, she found that a wall stretched across her yard in a place which would have been rather impractical (if it was always there).

Her eyes didn't linger too long upon the new structure in the yard. When she felt it was safe enough, she began to wobble towards her Daddy at that strange crawl. As she got close, she saw the strange caped boy there. There was a level of uncertainty in her, and she wasn't about to stifle this. Without hesitation, she pushed past the boy. There were dirt stained trails running down her cheeks that the senshi would be able to see. Yvette had obviously been crying. Her hands reached over to her Daddy's head, and she attempted to move him, wanting to cradle him.

"Don't touch him!" she warned the boy Senshi in a hoarse, obviously strained voice. "L-leave him alone, he didn't do anything to you!!" The girl's purple eyes were fixed on the boy, fear seeming to touch upon every feature in her expression. The girl was even trembling as she huddled closer to her father.

She didn't know who any of these people were, but she felt the need to protect her Daddy. In that strained voice of hers, she cried out again "Leave Daddy alone!!!"

For a while, the youma was pulling that tree out little by little - until it lost its hook. Equinox Tiara Magic had hit the youma, though not exactly where it needed to. The chattering teeth that were attached to the fishing line of the gigantic pole disconnected from its string where the tiara sliced it. After that, the tree went back to its normal state, though with a giant pair of now-inactive chattering teeth, attached by the groove marks that it made while pulling.
The RC fishing pole truck was now off a member - maybe literally, if the teeth were considered a limb on this freak of nature - and rolled backward after the string broke. A fence that fell on the ground the first time broke a little the second. Its headlights started to flicker, as if it saw the loss of its main attack method. Now it was time for vengeance. Its engine started to roar as its headlights went bright, and it started to drive straight into the Weavers' yard. Maybe it couldn't bludgeon things anymore, but it could run them over in a pinch.

He still couldn't see what was going on besides dirt flinging and the sounds of the ensuing fight. Taurus wanted to help them. He wanted to be able to get out there and do something but that was impossible at the moment. Having no fighting ability to speak of, it was better for him to sit on the sidelines. Besides, there were more pressing matters at hand.

The shuffling purple blur that seemed to sneak by him needed to be protected as well as the man who he yet to check on. Blue eyes finally surveyed the scene in it's entirety. Yvette was huddled over her unconscious father, an already wounded animal protecting one of it's own.

"Well then don't move him!" He shot out a hand towards her as if to stop her even though he was still paces away. "He hit his head hard. Something could have broken. Any movement could break his spine or something." It was pretty obvious that he had absolutely no medical history beyond a required CPR class in school and a quick run down that one time he'd gone camping. Actually being able to help beyond protecting her was way too far fetched even for Taurus. Maybe when the youma were dead. Then Mr. Weaver could get some proper help from certified individuals.

Upon seeing the poor girl crying, he wanted to comfort her. He'd done it before even when she was a vicious monster. It hurt that she couldn't crawl up to him, bury her head in his chest and ask for help. He was her friend after all, still Topher under all the frills. "I don't want to hurt him. I just want to make sure you two are safe until we can get him some type of help. Just...stay still and keep quiet. Okay?"

The tiara soon reappeared back on Chronos' forehead, looking clean and feeling clean, although it seemed as though the youma was still determined to kill the civilians before them. She glanced towards Taurus, hoping that the fortification would be kept up long enough for it not to reach the two civilians; the girl was already screaming in terror.

"I thought youma liked attacking Senshi instead!" She called out, hoping to distract it as she got her tiara ready for another attack. Indeed, a Princess Senshi would prove to be a more appealing target than some mere civilians, right? Another toss of the hand and Equinox Tiara Magic was yelled out a second time.

"Yeah, what're you waiting for, you overgrown go-kart? Come and get us!" By 'us,' Aquarius meant herself, and only herself. Putting the Princess into danger wasn't what she had in mind. If she so much as considered it, she knew every other Zodiac would lock her in a closet, and if it was Aries, she might throw away the key.

Continuing her survey of the yard, Aquarius finally spotted the abandoned crowbar. Her eyes lit up like a child's on Christmas morning, and she punched the air eagerly. "Not titanium, but you'll do nicely!" she cried, running full-tilt at the monster at the monster after Chronos executed her second attack.

Just before she came into range, she stopped in front of the youma, looking over her shoulder at the crowbar. "Energy Equivalence!" Aquarius was still for a moment as her matter adjusted itself, and tested her movement quickly. Slow, but not too bad. She could make this work.

"Eat crowbar," she muttered, throwing a punch at the front of the youma. If it still worked like the car that it appeared to be, maybe hitting the engine would stop it for good.

The girl trembled, watching this boy with wide eyes. She really didn't even know what to think anymore. Senshi were reported to be terrorists. Daddy was always telling her about all of the reports in the newspaper. The day she got out of the hospital, there was even a Senshi sighting by the hospital. Yet the thing that baffled her somewhere in her rushed thoughts was the fact this boy looked about the same age as her. How did someone her age become a terrorist?

Her eyes were wide upon the boy, watching him carefully as she leaned over the large unconscious man. If anything, she looked like an injured bird, wanting to fly away to escape, but unable to do a damned thing about anything.

The moment he moved, arm trying to reach out to stop her from jostling her Daddy, she winced on instinct, immediately trying to huddle over her father to protect him. If he was going to attack, she'd protect Daddy, even if it meant she got hurt. She was absolutely frightened, and though she had gotten very quiet, she was trembling something fierce. Even though moments went past and there was no attack like she had naturally assumed, she still remained curled over her Daddy, eyes pinched shut, ready to accept whatever bad things were to come. It was almost as if she was assuming that the Sailor Scout was the monster.

The only thing that caused her to open her eyes even for a moment were the words I don't want to hurt him. Shyly, she peeked to him, her gaze still as uncertain as it was before. The dark haired girl didn't say a word, but her eyes almost seemed to ask Do you mean it?

The overgrown go-kart, so Aquarius dubbed it, was still aimed for the Fortification. Its figurative eyes were on the prize.

Equinox Tiara Magic done a pretty good job of ripping the youma's 'back' open, exposing the 'electrical' cords within and taking the fishing pole itself off the top, which flew behind it.

As for Aquarius' crowbar-weighted punch? Let's just say the youma literally got one of its headlights knocked out of it. The force seemed to have broke something within, since the cords in the back split apart, exposing a few dim sparks before a sudden flash in the remaining headlight and exposed wires. Silence ensued.

The youma parts, strewn about the yard, would quickly shrink down to normal size within a minute or two, though they'd be as broken as they were as a youma.

...well, if the RC truck had any warranty, it was definitely void.

It wasn't easy to show her that he wasn't going to hurt either of them. To her, he probably looked rather frightening or at least someone to be feared in general. They were labeled terrorists by most and she couldn't see them fighting off the youma through the solid wall. For all she knew, they could have been working together and this was all a trick to get them closed in.

He tried to block out the sounds of the battle so he could concentrate o the pair in front of him. Though hearing Eat crowbar was definitely going to hard to get rid of. At least after this horrible experience was over. Now he was just damage control. The only one who could literally do nothing was in charge of the crowd and the civilians. Taurus held up his hands as if in surrender to try to ease her mind a bit, trying his best to put on some sort of calm expression. "I promise I won't hurt you okay. I'm just here to make sure you're okay. If don't then those things are going to get to you and I don't want that to happen and I'm sure you don;t want that either."

Well duh.

To press the matter even further, the senshi dropped to his knees. They were now on the same level and he was a vulnerable as ever. "I don't want to hurt you. Trust me okay? You have to right now. You don't have any other options."

Chronos watched grimly as both her and Aquarius' attacks dealt significant damage to the youma, and it eventually crumbled to its defeat, literally. The girl heaved a sigh of relief as the youma, now ripped to pieces, moved no more and leaped down, running to Taurus' side, placing a hand on him with a nod. While they had been triumphant, it wasn't something to celebrate, what with the injured man before them.

"He needs to get to the hospital." She murmured, eyes darting between Taurus and the civilian girl. They probably hadn't been able to call an ambulance during the chaos, but Chronos knew that they had to go before the police got here.

The punch sent tingles up Aquarius' arm. Even with the crowbar's density on her side, she felt every bit of it. Shaking it off, she waited until the youma finished its death throes before she looked away. If nothing else, she could be satisfied that she killed the monster that terrorized her friend, and killed it for good.

Not that thoughts of death gave her any satisfaction. Aquarius looked at Yvette, shaking all over in fear, but still trying to protect her father. She could feel her heart cracking. Yvette was about as effective a barrier as she was a loudspeaker, but she was still trying her best. Could any of them honestly say that? Even if Mr. Weaver was okay in the end, could this really be declared a victory?

She heard Chronos' prompting behind her, bringing her back to reality. It was lucky the Princess could keep her head, when she and Taurus were clearly preoccupied. Clearing her throat, she stepped forward and lightly tapped Taurus on the shoulder. "We should let her be," she whispered, even though it was the last thing she wanted to do. She wanted to give Yvette a hug and tell her it would be okay.

Instead, she looked at her friend sadly. "You're safe now. Do what you have to do."

As the boy got down to his knees, her instincts told her she should flee. Her instincts told her many things, and she usually was wrong. Yvette was almost never right about anything. At least, that's the way she saw it.

Maybe, just maybe, she was wrong about this senshi? Maybe the news was wrong? She began to crumple down as her head began to spin with all of the emotions washing over her. She wasn't a mean person and wanted to trust him. Maybe she did trust him and it hurt her head so much that she was being told everywhere to not trust someone who had just saved her and protected her unconscious Daddy.

She wanted to apologize. She wanted to thank the senshi. Yet the only thing she could do was now look to her Daddy again. Her eyes couldn't cry anymore, but her heart was weeping something fierce. "D-d-daddy...."

She missed anymore reassurances. She missed any warnings or helpful advice. All she wanted was for Daddy to wake up. With as much care as she could possibly muster with her trembling fingers, she lifted the large man's head up and settled it in her lap. "Daddy... wake up... p-please... please wake up..."
