Biohazard EXTREME Shadow__Dweller Yeah they're party games. Alot of Wii games are party games. Yeah, but I'd rather play GH than any of them. And even playing GH, I'd rather play it on PS3 or 360 than the Wii. Not that graphics are important in guitar hero, but it's still nice to have HD and surround sound. *nods*

I'm a bit sad that Infamous and Assassin's Creed 2 didn't win anything, although I'm sure Uncharted 2 deserved all the awards it won.

Damn straight. Or at the very least best action. I mean, I love Uncharted 2 for a lot of things, but mostly that it had the best action out of any game I played. Its action sequences are always fast paced, intense, and very, very fun.
With these kinds of categories, Assassin's Creed 2 and Infamous had nowhere to go, though. I mean, they were going up against Batman and Uncharted, and it's just obvious that while all four are great, Uncharted 2 and Batman were probably the two best action titles of 2009.
And with awards that don't even have things like, "Best Story" or "Best Voice Acting", these awards are obviously technology based, and that's especially where Uncharted and Batman are superior. They didn't just take advantage of the technology that was given, the teams worked hard to push them to their limits.

Although Infamous and Assassin's Creed 2 are great games, Uncharted really pushedthe PS3 to it's greatest ability rather than just making a "good" game...they took video games to a new level. I've not played Batman so I dunno what that's like.

I haven't really played Batman either. But from what I've been told, it makes great use of technology, shadows, stealth, and things like that.
