That's absolutely ridiculous, In a situation example: A young female Is raped while walking to school. It's not her fault she has no reason to fear any of the thing's you've listed.
You on the other hand, I'm not aware of your situation nor do I know the whole story so I can't say the same for you.

Speak'? It's about a girl who was raped by a kid from her school while at her friend's party... And she called the police, but when the police had arrived, she got scared. And she snuck out of the house and went back home. Sure, she had no reason to be afraid, no reason to not want to tell on him... But she may have felt guilty.
You can't automatically judge people and say, "Why did you feel like that?" unless you've been through it yourself. I'm yet to tell my family about what happened... it's slightly because I'm afraid of what they will think, but mostly because I don't want them to feel like they have failed me in any way.
