Mute nodded in reply to her asking if he had the money "Yes Kraehe." he said and started walking next to her. His response could have been taken as an answer to any of the things she had just said.

Kraehe leaned against him as they walked, showing anyone they were passing that they were together, almost in hopes of stirring jealousy in them that she had him and they didn't. "So do you know what you're going to get for lunch?" She asked him as they came up to the doorway of the restaurant she wanted to eat at. She stopped and waited.

Mute looked at the sign above the door "Whatever you're having." he said and put his paw on the handle, staring at it for a minute before opening it for her and stepping to the side.

Kraehe smiled at him and stepped past him into the restaurant. The wonderful smells of various foods that she loved tickled her nose. "I love how it smells in this place." She walked over to the person holding menus near the door. "We'd like that booth in the back by the window." She nodded her head at Mute, signaling him to follow and she trotted back to the booth and slid into the seat and waited for him. Kraehe took the menu from the person and flipped through it second guessing her want for Tempura.

Mute walked in, the door closing behind him as he followed behind Kraehe and waited for her to sit before he did. He glanced down at the menu infront of him for a bit before looking up to the person holding the other menus then to Kraehe who was still looking through hers.

Kraehe glanced up from the menu at him, then looked at the host. "Will our server be here soon? I only have a little while before my next class and don't feel like waiting long."
"They should be here in just a moment. I'll go look for them for you miss." Turns to go get their server for them.
"Thanks." She said coldly looking back to her menu. "Ugh... I don't know what I want now." Kraehe looked back up at Mute. "Next time don't let me look at a menu." She folded the menu and laid it on the table, impatiently waiting for their server.

Mute nodded "Yes Kraehe." he said and looked to where the host went "Shall I look too?" he asked, looking back at her. His eyes shimmered blankly from the light coming through the window.

Kraehe nodded at him. "Sure if you want to. You usually just end up getting what I do, but if you find something else that manages to spark your interest then go for it." She leaned back and glanced out the window at their town. "This really is a beautiful place. I'm glad to live here. I was born to live here." A contented sigh slipped from between her lips and her eyes glazed over as she thought about a few things that somehow made her very happy.

Mute nodded and stood up. He turned to the side and looked around the restaraunt for a second before walking in the direction the host went in. As he walked, he passed a few of the glass cases that displayed cakes and desserts. He looked at them as he passed, stopping infront of one and turned to get a better look at it. It was a cupcake in the shape of a small, gold crown. He blinked, looking up and behind him for one of the people that worked there. He saw one and went over to them.
The woman turned and looked at him "Ah. Can I help you with something sir?" she asked.
Mute pointed to the case with the cupcake.
She nodded "Alright." she said and went over to it, opening the case "Now what were you wanting?"
Mute pointed to the cupcake, a vague look on his face as she took it out and gave it to him. He stared at it for a second before heading back to the table, holding it infront of him.
The lady closed the case and looked at him as he walked away "Just let them know you got it when you go to pay!"

Kraehe sighed boredly as she waited for the server who seemed to be taking forever. She ran her long nails in a circular motion on the window, making little screeching sounds as she did. Her mind wandered to different things, recitals, classes, demonstrations... the list of things that she needed to do seemed endless, but at least she had Mute. He was the one thing in her life that she loved more than ballet. Her gaze feel upon him as he was heading back towards their table, carrying something that she couldn't quite see. "What are you carrying Mute?" she asked when he made it back to the table, still feeling a bit impatient and annoyed that their server hadn't came by their table yet. Her curiosity was sparked her interest though, at least for now.

Mute sat back down at the table, setting the cupcake on the placemat infront of him. He stared at it for a second before looking back up at Kraehe "Is this... alright?" he asked. Though he showed no emotion, he was drawn to it.
