It's a great game X3 gets boring way more quickly than the others oddly enough. I've heard a lot of people expressing this sentiment. I hate how EA's nuked and monopolised the custom content creation... but it was only a matter of time before the talented community of modders cracked the game, which they have. =) All in all it's still quite true to the roots, which is pleasing.
And yes, their behaviour ingame is actually scarily/funnily accurate LMFAO. For example, I had Cressa yell at him once, and then it was like "....was that a DIAMOND she was yelling at him about?!" so I did it again and the bubble repeated, so I used that for the little impromptu script XD
Yeah, it was all impromptu. I didn't plan anything. Which is why it's so awesome and I want to do moooar. XD
I've never published anything on the sims community, though I've been tempted to do stories. It's actually very time consuming, and the sims3 story community is VERY disappointing compared to both TS2 and TS1, where you'd have virtual novels running from certain users (TS2 especially). Another problem of mine was that I'd snap all the shots and then never write the script, ROFL. Yeah, this time I snapped and wrote as I went along. One thing that I love AND that annoys me is the expressions in TS3 - sometimes they are absolutely WONDERFUL. I took many many shots of the romantic interactions so far because it was quite touching. Then sometimes they don't seem to mesh correctly, and a shot may be ruined. Muh.

I got bored of Sims 3... You need to download stuff to get most of the game content. Sims 2 was much more better, in my opinion.

"It's not enough to know your limits.. O3O
So TS3 sounds more like eye candy to me >__< But yeah, I think I'd like tp try it sometime (if only it would run on my lappy toppy T^T ). TS2 was very fun for me, just didn't get the other expansions because I had no more time and money to play it sad

...wow...and you said this was in no way related to ATE?...change the setting, alter a few things, and there you have it!
what would happen if the Sims predicted the future? we could input traits for all the RPCs, then watch them duke it out like they have been, until we find...HOLY CRAP Bapp falls in love with the cactus in the living room?!?!
and bored as I was, I made a Xeiashi: Loner Insane Genius Bookworm
imagine it...
Jessie: perhaps I should visit that new neighbor... *Jessie leaves Coline -gasp!- to meet the neighbor* ... *knock knock* hello? Xeiashi: Bah! Curse you! *Smash!* Jessie: sweatdrop hello? Xeiashi: hmm...oh, hello to you! Jessie: WTH was that? Xeiashi: nothing really, just my microwave bursting into flames before I even turned it on Jessie: sweatdrop niiice....well, see ya! *dashes off* Xeiashi: hmm...oh well, *returns to kitchen* EFF YOU YA STUPID DEVICE!!!

MICROWAAAVES
I don't knwo about you guys but the cheap version of the microwave in the sims games always terrifies me. I remember I bought it once in TS1 when I was very very young and very very new to the game and it burst into flames for no apparent reason and nearly killed everyone ;3; I've had a phobia of them ever since...
