Jade::10 points for comedy,5 points for following rules, 30 points for being active! 2 points for no cuss words at all.
Define:: 4 points for comedy, 5 points for following rules, 16 points for being active!2 points for no cuss words at all
Time:: 1 point for comedy xP, 5 points for following rules, 28 points for being active!!!!2 points for no cuss words at all
Blue::10 points for comedy, 5 points for following rules, 28 points for being active! 2 points for no cuss words at all
Note:: try to get 50 total points and you hit the top three!

Not to be the downer... but I think that comedy shouldn't be graded here... activity I must question. Blue definitely doesn't get on as often as Jade, and Time comes on seldomly, I do notice some weeks where he's on more frequently, but his varies. I recommend asking other folks as to how often I get on, I'm pretty sure I'm somewhere in the Cobra-Jade range, which is just about all the time.
You should judge more-so on the RP sample itself, and how well they've shown a Kage's capability not only as a leader, but combatant as time calls for it.

I would like to point out that of all the shinobi in mist right now, Blue's character Zane is the highest rank, there shouldn't even need to be an app for Mizukage, he should get it because his character is the only one qualified enough in the rp, I mean why would a genin or chunin become the Mizukage when there is a higher ranking person in the village?

Propaganda...alright well i'm just going to say this and then i'm done. The actual character that is going to take the position should matter. It doesn't make any sense for a genin or chunin to become a kage, at least when there is already a higher ranked person in the village. From an rp stand-point it doesn't make sense, and I know that my character isn't going to follow someone that is the same rank as him when it comes to power level. You're just asking for a coup'. Alright I'm done, I put in my two cents and I won't say anything else.
