Greetings from the 30th Century, Queen Serenity. I am Jupiter's daughter. You will be happy to know that sometime during the 30th Century, through the power of the Talismans created by the gods, a new era of peace was achieved. It extends far beyond the Solar System.
These are not the Talismans you gave to the Outer Senshi, but items created by the gods to keep Balance and peace. You may remember them.
However, those of the Silver Millennium (the Moon Kingdom) do not rule over everything. They are no longer the sole dominant power.

Its leaders have thrown out that giant lava lamp Metallia, for starters. She tried to resurrect herself.
