"At the moment? Not really." Mihika stretched as she thought about it, "Though I did meet a lion cub from a pride when I was really young that seemed happy enough. He tempted me to think about it then." Mihika frowned at the comment about Ili'ella's sister, "So your family just went their separate ways...willingly?" That was weird for her to hear. She always thought most families stayed together unless something happened to pull them apart.
"To approach strangers seems ta be somethin' brave to do to me." Mihika grinned. Maybe it was just her personally, but this lioness really was something. "Aww. I'm sorry." Her green eyes saddened at the news. But it did seem that Ili'ella didn't mind being alone. "Lonely?" Mihika's tail swept around her paws as she shrugged, " How could I know? I've been wanderin' as a rogue by myself since I was a small cub. I don't remember what companionship is like." Though it was true that she did wonder - what would it be like to have others nearby all the time?

Ili'ella smiled lightly at her words. "A lion cub? Well, I'm glad one of my kind is making you think." She did like the idea of a home, but the strictness of a pride had never suited the free spirit, and she doubted it ever would, but still, it was nice to think this young leopardess would find a home, or at least, was thinking about finding a home. "Oh yes. When we were barely older than you, my sisters and brother went our seperate ways. Mother had raised us to be self-sufficient, so it was no hardship to leave." She smiled. "I miss them sometimes, but they are out having their own adventures. I do hope I see them again one day."
Ili'ella giggled. "Oh well, sometimes it can be rather scary. I had a male attack me one day, but he's been the only one. I don't think he wanted to share his food with me. A real bother it was." She had been cautious around light coloured males since then, but no one else had hurt her, so the paranoia faded away. She looked a little saddened to hear that the leopardess had been alone since she was young. "I suppose it is hard to miss something you've never had," she mused lightly.

Mihika let out a soft sigh though she did smile faintly. Yes, a lion was definitely making her think. "Oh? That's interesting. I never heard of families separating early on like that." Mihika shrugged, "Shows how much I don't know, I guess." Her gaze did lighten up as she gave a nod. "I'm sure you all will have interesting tales to tell when you do meet up again."
With a soft laugh Mihika shook her head, "Sounds like a greedy male that one." She frowned and shuddered as that brought back some memories. "But at least he just wanted to keep his food to himself rather than havin' you for din."
Mihika's ears flicked forward as she looked away from Ili'ella thoughtfully, "I suppose so. Not like it would be much anyways." She added quickly, "I mean, look at how much roaming I would have missed out on if I was with someone. Most likely they would've tied me down." She nodded firmly as she looked back to Ili'ella.

Ili'ella nodded, a little distractedly. She was thinking of her sister, but she shook her head, trying to dispel the thoughts. There was no reason to dwell in the past, she knew, after so many years, it was unlikely that she would meet the female sibling again. "I do hope so," she remarked lightly to the young leopardess, with a faintly saddened smile, but she covered it quickly with a smile. "I'm sure you will learn, as you go, as most youth do."
She frowned at the cub, she hadn't quite gotten passed thinking of the young girl as that, shudder. "I can't imagine someone trying to eat another lion. Sounds horrid."
She peered at her. "Well, not all someones will tie you down. You might have found someone to go with you, rather than tie you down, but who knows, you may want that some day." She giggled a little, at the idea. A romantic at heart, was Ili'ella.

"Mmm'hmm." Mihika gave the lioness an encouraging smile before resisting the urge to roll her eyes. Youth? When had she last felt like a youth? Though her grin faded softly - maybe she was still like a cub after all. Even though she was still pretty tough for a youth!
Mihika's face was sincere as she nodded at Ili'ella's comment, "It is. Once I was runnin' for my life in the middle o the night!" She shuddered before looking away sheepishly. Now why had she admitted that?
The leopardess shook her head, "Now I highly doubt that, Ili'ella." She laughed, "Any male would be out of his mind to try putting up wit me!" Tail flicking the leopardess stretched back out before standing and looking over the horizon. Her paws were itching to get moving again...
Though she really was getting to like this lioness. Shaking her head Mihika frowned at herself. She shouldn't be getting used to company when they would just have to part later-like always. "I should leave now...

Ili'ella frowned a little, looking worried at the young cheetahess. How terrible! Running for your life in the night, from a creature who wanted to eat you. Horrible. "Well, I'm glad you're alright!" She told her honestly. She would hate for this young female to be injured.
"Oh, that's a lie. Any male would be lucky to have a pretty thing like you as their mate," she told her, smiling girlishly at the youth. Oh, how odd it was to speak to someone younger than her! She was used to talking to people as old as she was, or older than her.
She tilted her head, but nodded at her comment. "Please, don't let me keep you from something." She smiled. "It was a pleasure to meet you, young Mihika. I wish you all the best in your life to come, free of evil folk and full of love." She bowed her head to the youth, prepared to say goodbye but a little reluctant to see the female go.

Mihika looked over at the lioness in surprise. She was glad? Seeing that Ili'ella was sincere made her feel a touch of warmth. "Th-Thank you."
"If - if you say so." Mihika turned her gaze away sheepishly though another small smile had escaped. This was not only the first time she was openly talking to a lion, but the lioness was also being so nice to her!
It was nice. If not saddening. She really didn't want to leave, but she still had to move. If she stayed longer, she might not want to leave later. The idea was tempting but she knew that she had to continue on her way on her own. Mihika smiled sadly over at Ili'ella. "I'm sorry." She managed before shaking her head, "I'm glad to have meet ya, Ili'ella." Rising to her paws she started to move forward. But just as suddenly she paused and added, "I wish the same to you as well!"
