Hey guys, I'd like to see us build onto Bliss' idea, but form a way to make it more user friendly.
My idea is along the lines of having one representative from each room make one post where they can edit in positions they have available. Along with an opening one from bliss where she can add in general positions.
Having the front page set up much like a booty grab thread where there is one post per person of which they can edit at their leisure as their needs change. Keeping it as an announcement with a more descriptive title.
After the first page is filled by reps of said committees, we could also allow users to come in and offer their talents. A one stop help wanted board, basically. From what I have noticed thus far is most rooms prefer that the applications be placed in their respective threads anyway, so it might prove to be a lot more useful in the long run. Not to mention, I think giving people the chance to offer services that are not otherwise sought after currently will be a good thing. That way as hosts we can grab up people as we need them, too.

Envy... That's a great idea. O.O At least it'll attract people, seeing that the Guild isn't so confusing... (unlike some of us, who had a pretty big headache knowing what's going on... @.@)
